As one picky human being, I should say it was One the best courses I've ever had !The instructor, Khaled, is so dedicated, course materials are made very useful and to the point. highly recommended!

Kudos to outstanding instructor and course! Khaled, the Master instructor is excellent! He also was very helpful. Went above and beyond in helping students with questions and requests for additional materials. Test taking "tips and tricks" are very helpful. Course is certified by PMI. Is well organized. Instructor is knowledgeable with excellent ability to communicate complex concepts. The questions in class to assess students' ability to grasp subject matter is very helpful. The challenge is how to cover in 9 hours course content with sufficient depth to prepare for the exam. There are some topics which were not covered deeply enough. Moreover, students taking the course bring varying levels of experience, knowledge, and skills with agile framework.

Overall, I was extremely pleased and look forward to getting into the exam prep materials and taking the exam.

What improvements should be made to improve the course? Without extending course length - none! The exercise questions assumed student had covered topic in sufficient detail. This was not always a valid assumption.

Great learning experience on the PMI-ACP course. The trainer has experience in agile practices and training at the same time. The course is helpful for exam preparation and work practice. The concepts are introduced in a simple manner, easy to understand, along with examples, and tips of where to focus on preparation and how the techniques can be used in practice. Recommended for PMI-ACP preparation and learning to practice agile.

I find Institute i4 material and training really impressive and well designed. Various options for course dates, and unique material for IIBA exam preparation. Although I haven’t completed my CBAP course yet, but I like what I see so far.
