Good course - rote memorization helpful
The instructor was excellent and the study materials were very valuable and helpful. I enjoyed the course and learned better ways to communicate approaches and to carry out business analysis work.
However, it can be an intense course as the book is dense and the learning method is not based on understanding, analysis and knowledge application but on rote memorization. The choice of phraseology, in my opinion, unnecessarily obfuscates making it more difficult than it needs to be.
