Delivery driver great
Delivery driver great . I was in the loft and my wife drying her hair. Missed the driver but when I called he came back. However I was looking at the text delivery tracker said item was still in depot, so wasn’t expecting delivery until in transit. Logs were quite a bit longer this time around, good job I’ve got a wide burner it they wouldn’t have fitted. In short still 4/5

Certainly excellent delivery
Certainly excellent delivery, however I’ve found that some of the logs are too large and although I have a small hand axe splitting them further is not easy.

Sorry to hear some of the logs were a little too large. We do our very best to ensure our bulk bags have a mixture of sizes to suit most fires/stoves, we can only apologise that some were too large. Please call us before you order again and we will do our very best to find a solution for smaller logs in your next order

May not be your fault but despite the cling film wrapping the top sheet had holes in it which allowed rain water through resulting in a lot of logs on one side being soaked with rain water. Thanks anyway though 😉

Excellent service
From the moment I ordered I had excellent service - from the delightful, friendly lady who reassured me about next day delivery, and then phoned to confirm that my order was on it’s way, to the delivery driver himself who went above and beyond to get my logs where I wanted them - with such good humour; nothing appeared to be too much trouble. That’s not even mentioning the fact that this was the only company I could find that delivered logs so quickly! Thoroughly recommend this company.

Fast and efficient service at a good price. Delivery driver called ahead to say they were en route and on arrival positioned the bulk bag with a pallet truck exactly where I wanted it. Wood was well packaged in the bag - good selection of logs. Will use again.

Excellent firewood
Delivery was fast, the logs arrived on a pallet, wrapped to stay dry, and are some of the best quality firewood I've had. Will 100% be ordering again.

I know you really tried and the lady at phone reception was most helpful and the weather terrible.Perhaps another time , delivery emails across four days might benefit from better communication with your courier.

The couriers are always incredibly helpful with getting the palate onto the property as we don't have vehicle access.
