Sneaky price increases
Really fast delivery and very helpful! However logs are tiny with a real lack of larger hardwood. Also watch out for price increases. I paid £139.00 for a bulk bag, this same bulk bag is now £159.00 just a few weeks later. I noticed their Black Friday offer was 10% off however they had whacked the price by £10 at that point anyway so wouldn't be a saving at all. I was going to order another bulk order before Christmas however with the price now being what it is I will look for another supplier.

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the size of the logs and recent price changes. The mixed hardwood bulk bags are a completely random mix of hardwood sourced from all over. It is fairly unheard of and we do random spot check all of our products but if your order lacked larger logs then that is extremely strange and incredibly unlucky! If you want to contact our customer support we would be more than happy to discuss some compensation as a gesture of good will for your disappointment, but I can assure you this is not the case as a standard.
As for the price, we are consistently searching to source wood at the best possible price and our retail price is a direct reflection on the price we were able to source that batch at, you must of caught the end of our summer pricing at £139 but unfortunately we cannot buy wood that cheap today.

Ordered on Friday and logs were on my driveway by Monday morning. They were delivered on a pallet in a bulk bag with an extra layer of polythene on top so stay extra dry. The logs give a good long clean burn in my multi fuel stove. Super pleased with this service. Definitely value for money and will use again

Change your supplier, these guys are brilliant.
The last 10 years I have bought locally, and even with the new dry wood laws the wood was often soaking and smoked rather than burnt and you never got any heat from them making it a frustrating cold winter and even though it seemed more expensive this year I decided to switch suppliers.
Ordered at 3pm on a Thursday delivered at Midday Friday, Driver went above and beyond with getting the pallet of logs into the spot I had for them ( down a path up a steep drive). So ordering and delivery fantastic, then the logs are bone dry and light so easily without the need for much kindling then burn well with no smoke and a good hot burn.
Anyone wondering if they should give it a go , do it, you won’t regret it.
Looking forward to 10 years of dry wood from these guys and a house that’s actually warm.
