I’ve had a completely terrible experience with this company. Despite countless emails and attempts to communicate with them, I have been entirely ignored. I still have more than a year and a half left on a service I purchased last year, yet I’ve never been given access to it. There is no accountability whatsoever.

Their support team, including live chat, has consistently ignored me. I’ve opened numerous tickets and received no response. As a result, I will be closing my account today.

If you value your money and your time, I strongly advise avoiding this company. In my experience, their software appears fraudulent, and the company cannot be trusted. This is by far one of the largest-scale scams I have encountered in a very long time.

Your license never worked and I never received a response from your support team.

The Fusion 360 key was sent instantly after payment, and it worked perfectly on my Mac. Support was helpful with my activation question.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this seller. The Adobe Photoshop license I purchased was not functional at all, and after investigating, it turns out that selling such licenses violates Adobe's terms and conditions. Instead of receiving a license key, I should join a a team group (Stanley A) where the administrator will give me access to the license for one year. It is forbidden to commercially sell those team-licenses. Despite contacting the seller, I received minimal assistance and no resolution. The customer service was downright miserable—there was a lack of response and a clear unwillingness to make things right. I strongly advise against buying anything from this seller, as you might end up with an unusable product and no proper support.

I purchased an Adobe Acrobat 2020 lifetime license through Instant key. they sent me a link to download Adobe Creative Cloud which I was able to do. then, they told me to login into the creative cloud website "using one of the 2 emails at the top of the email." I attempted to use one of the emails. Adobe allowed that email address to take me to the next step which is the "Password" entry. Instant Key told me that thee would be a drop down menu from which I would select a "title" that they provided. there is no such drop down menu. there is only a box to type in a password. I typed in the "title" they gave to me. Adobe rejected the title as a valid password. I took screen shots of the issues I was having and sent them to Instant Key. all they did was send me back the same instructions which do no work. On my third attempt to login Adobe flagged the login ID and would not let me attempt to login again. Do not buy from Instant Key

Bought one year license for AutoCAD- after 6 months it stops working. No help from support…

I purchased a yearly subscription to fusion 360. After 6 months the license stopped working and the company refused to reactivate.
A complete scam.

i have bought Archicad software. I am verry dissapointed because they weren't mention anywhere in the product description that the software is yearly license, that it is educational license and that you cannot change the language, althought the Archicad is available in a lot languages.
I asked them for full refund and they refused. Also their live chat when i am trying to communicate with them, they shutting down it! DO NOT buy from them

EDIT: For now its ok. They solved my problem. I think I can actually recommend this store.

I bought CorelDraw GS 2022. I downloaded Suite from COrel page, tried to install, but I got key which isn't working. Corel software say that key isn't valid. They sent me broken instalation files. Support doesn't answear to my ticket.

Got in touch with Support, explained the situation and received a refund asap, so it all went Ok,

We used the mail in service to obtain replacement key fobs for a dealership BMW.
It been more than 1 month and after leaving messages and sending emails we still haven’t heard from the company on the status of our mail in order.

Easy purchase... received instantly after payment was received. Download easy. Will be buying a 2nd copy.

I made an order, the keys did NOT work. I reached out with screenshots and proof. They said they would refund my money and NEVER gave me nothing back. They took the chat option off my account and deleted my tickets so i would have no communication with them. They also, NEVER answered back my emails. This is a total scam!!!!!!! The WORSE!!!!!
