I brought a product and the card deducted the money as well .now I want to make sure my order is placed
They aren't answering calls or replying Gmail or texting back in whats app.

Very unreliable site. Please do not make deals with this website. They are advertising the items which are not available and refund is being lied about. Do not recommend this site at all. Had a really difficult time with them.

Good service best vpn and Netflix account buying platform

I purchased an activation key from Tudo.lk from a seller named "Rollerbit." However, when I attempted to activate it, I received an error stating: "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code."

After reaching out to the seller's support, they provided me with three different keys, but all of them were already registered with another Kaspersky account, making them completely unusable. It is clear that they did not provide a genuine, original key.

I followed all troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the version they provided, but the issue remained unresolved.

I am now dealing with Tudo.lk to address this matter. Let's see how well they protect their buyers from such sellers.

I got the refund with tudo.. I had an issue with the Key I purchased. Tudo give me to full refund. No risk to By any Product with Trudo. rudo will Stand with your side if any Issues.

Worst website to buy, daraz is much better compare to them, don’t buy anything from them, they don’t pay to the sellers and sellers cancel the orders, and then they don’t refund the money and issue a voucher code even code can’t be used on orders, both customers and sellers get scammed by this website.

I bought a 3 months netflix package from this website. Since then, due to these problems, I have not been able to use it as I want.
The account subscription expired within 2 days and it took 2 days to fix it with new account.
Whenever we try to watch, we can't use due to too many of users.

We cannot use it when we want to use it. We have to wait for sellers to respond to it or someone to leave the account. I asked for a refund because of these things.
Tudo.lk said the seller has already resolved the issue so no refunds can be made. But I explained to them that this is not the first time and this is happening continuously to return the money. They refused it. I am attaching a screenshot here for you. Beware of these scammers.
