I paid for a test quiz then by chance found out they were taking more money out of my account! It’s a scam

They are using blackmailing tactics. First said free you will spend 20 minutes to answers questions then they will said login or sign up when you done they will ask for money

Scammers. Filled in questionnaire believing it to be free - got charged A$50. No doubt trying to get a refund - when the link to how to obtain one doesn't work - will be a trial

On their website they say it is free. I did the test, but needed to pay to see the results....

I’m sharing this to warn others. I was charged by Insightful Traits for services I never authorized or agreed to. I only took their initial personality test and didn’t sign up for any recurring plan or subscription.

After discovering the unauthorized charges, I immediately contacted the financial institution and have reported the incident to the local state Attorney General offic, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) to place a fraud alert on my credit file.

If you’ve had similar issues, please check your statements carefully, dispute any unauthorized charges, and report the company to the proper authorities. No one should have to deal with hidden or deceptive billing practices.

I wasted time finishing the lengthy test believing it to be free. They do advertise as FREE but before showing you your results, you will be asked to pay.

You can't claim free then expect a sign up THEN a subscription. False advertising much.

Free quiz is not free. Don’t waste your time.

Site offers ‘free’ neurodivergent quiz on google search engine. After many questions that takes a while to complete, it will only allow you to access your results for a ‘small fee’ about $1.00 US, giving reasonable justification for the charge. You agree to the small fee, being unaware that the system defaults to subscribing you to fortnightly subscription fees in excess of $40 directly debited from your account! It shows up under the name INSIGHTFUL TRAITS LLC,SAN JUAN. When you discover the issue, you try to stop it, but the only way is to email the company because the system doesn’t allow you to sign back in to follow the cancellation process! The company doesn’t return your email and you need to cancel your bank cards! They are criminals and are taking advantage of neurodivergent people!! BEWARE not to agree to anything online that gets you to pay even a small fee!

You waste your time taking the test, only to be asked to pay for the results.

I completed this "free test" to be smashed with a paywall at the end.

Like everybody else here.. I sat here for 10 minutes answering all these questions for nothing. Don’t bother with this test. You will hit submit, they make you create an account, THEN tell you you’ve got to pay to see the results… Corny asf. Nothing “free” about this. Stop wasting people’s time and say upfront that it has a cost.

It took me 15 minutes to take a test. After taking the test, they asked me to either pay or not get a result. Completely unfair behaviour to customers. State the price before the test and do not waste people's time.

I took the test in 10 minutes, but there was no mention of any payment. After I finished the test, they asked me to pay $15. This is a very embarrassing situation. Why don't they warn us before they waste our time?
