Worst company I have EVER worked with. Communication is the worst I have ever experienced. Been emailing and calling since March and it’s now end of June with zero response and yet they will not let us out of our contract. Please be very very careful using this company.
Stoppage of service + continuing to charge!
I do not make a habit of posting negative reviews, but this process has been a nightmare, and I hope that this will 1) help people make an informed decision when deciding whether or not to work with kvCORE/Inside Real Estate/kunversion, and 2) encourage IRE to adjust their customer service accordingly.
TL;DR: We continue to receive charges months after we requested a cancellation to an add-on subscription because they (Inside Real Estate) stopped providing the services abruptly without notice. Despite numerous requests to speak to their customer service and accounts manager, we still have not heard back beyond a canned response stating our contractual obligations while IRE continues to charge our card for services they are contractually obligated to provide yet are not.
When we first brought this issue to their attention, we were told by their customer service that our card was removed from our file and will not be charged. We’re still being charged going on 6 months now since the stoppage of add-on services. Our kvCORE dashboard shows that there are no cards on file and that we are no longer subscribed to the add-on services they’re charging us for. We’ve disputed every charge with our bank (who is aware of this situation), the charges keep accumulating.
Attempts to reach out to IRE have proven fruitless, hence this review: we’ve called the phone number they’ve asked us to call, emailed the email address they told us to use, scheduled a chat using their online scheduler, and used their support chat (which does not send a receipt of their communication despite promises otherwise), only to be put on the same cycle again.
The testimonial rating is primarily a reflection of dealing with IRE regarding kvCORE’s add-on features, but in case you’re considering using one of the kvCORE add-ons: Customer service and sales wasn’t responsive or terribly helpful leading into the subscription process which should’ve been a red flag. They promised to help facilitate things that never got done and didn’t communicate when they ran into road blocks.
The add-on services didn’t help our business, but your mileage may vary depending on your usage and business practices. However, there are plenty of other cheaper options that do the same things better. I was hoping that having a single integrated system would justify the difference, but the UI/UX wasn’t streamlined or customizable enough to be worth it.
All-in-all, kvCORE’s offerings offer a great sales pitch to brokers hoping to recruit agents: on the surface, everything looks like the ultimate real estate CRM, broker management tool, and lead generation engine, and they are so many potentially-promising options, it’s easy to buy-in (we certainly did). However, the internal workings are extremely clunky, unintuitive, and unreliable.
My business partner and I have backgrounds in app and software development, and we’ve worked with many other real estate CRMs in the past and were hired as testers for a very large brokerage’s CRM that was in development at the time. We can confidently say that this is not about user-error, an inability to look-up support logs/FAQs/online tutorials/etc, or a complaint about the service not providing satisfactory results.
This is about one business abruptly ceasing to provide a service that their client business has paid for while continuing to fraudulently charge for said services. This is about that same business refusing to do what they promise and refusing further communications from their client.
If you’re a real estate agent or lender, I would recommend allocating your hard-earned expenses elsewhere.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! First they give you a demo telling you that everything works perfectly, that you were only pay for that subscription. Then, when you sign up with them, the actual reality pops up. If you want to grow your business with organic SEO, this is not the choice. If you want to customize your website yourself, this company is not the choice. They tell you Bomb Bomb videos are included, then you find out it’s a trial version only (very limited). I’ve been telling them that I’m not happy, and I’m not planning to renew the contract with them, and they keep avoiding me. They are not committed to the clients, and they will not support you if you have a problem with the app. I had so many problems connecting the company email, SEO, and other products. If you want a nice website, find a real estate developer and have them do it for you. They claim to be good with the ads, but for every $100 you spent in ads with them, expect to receive about 50% in the actual ads. This company has been the worst nightmare I’ve had since I signed up last year.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute $hit show. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT sign up with them unless you like getting completely ignored for months on end when you need something important. To say they are under staffed is an under statement. If they had a 1/3 of the clients that they have the service might be just OK but as it stands its about as bad as it can get. I wish they would stop being greedy and stop taking brokerages & clients on knowing full well that they can't service them. They failed lesson # 1 of scaling your business and they are going to lose a lot of customers because of it. Again, do yourself a favor and go with another CRM. #worstserviceever
I would not recommend K V Core
I would not recommend K V Core. I was told that they would have customer service available and I’ve been trying over a month to reach out to them. They finally have someone email me back and asked how I can help, I reply by saying you can call me. And the response was I can’t call you you have to go online and schedule an appointment. The appointment is a week in advance. Just terrible customer service. In addition, half of the emails go to spam. Therefore, you’re paying for a service where you can email campaigns. However, most of them are not getting there.

Another company who loves to sell but never SERVICE its product. Use anyone else to generate leads or manage CRM. I spent two hours on the online chat (text) because they provide no phone service. The rep finally realized that the problem with my website (broken links!!) is a problem on the inside real estate side. Rep says level two support will contact me “soon.” Five days later, and multiple messages via email and online chat — no level 2 help or correction. Level two support has never contacted me. USE ANOTHER SERVICE.
kvCORE used to be a Rocket Ship. Now it's just a broken down Go-Cart !!!
Here are some of the many problems with kvCORE by Inside Real Estate…
1.) It does not show all of the available MLS listings in my area on my client facing website. This is extremely disappointing when you want your Buyers to go to your website to search for properties, but they can see more properties on other websites.
2.) Market Reports provide inaccurate information. Their Market Reports provide statistical data that is just WRONG. As Realtors®, we have a legal obligation to provide our clients with accurate information. This is untenable!
3.) Now they also seem to be "throttling" the number of emails that you can send out. I have templated emails for things like recommended home inspection companies, mortgage brokers, lawyers, etc. since not every single person needs all of these referrals, they are each in separate email templates. I've tested this on several contacts and I was not able to send out all 3 emails on the same day to the same client. So now the email tool doesn't work.
Summary: MLS Search Alerts don't show all available homes in my area; Market Reports provide data that is not correct; and the email tool won't send the emails to my clients that I want to send.
Very disappointed! Very very very disappointed. I will probably be switching to something else very soon if these items don't get fixed. This review was created February 21, 2023
