I enjoyed the program
I enjoyed the program! The online course is full of videos and supporting documents. The best part is the community! You can and should join several weekly live webinars (My favorites are Q&A with Moran and Pascal Germain & Jean-Christophe). After your modules you will have a video call (Accountability call) with your account Manager, I refer to them as my Coaches! This is a well-rounded program built for success! Like all good things in life the more you put in the more you get out. There are no shortcuts, you must be disciplined and do the work if you want success.
I believe this program is worth the…
I believe this program is worth the investment. I refer to it as an investment because I gained value from the program. It taught me how to discover the business niche that I wanted to be in, how to find a business, evaluate the business, and the process of buying the business. I had an opportunity to buy a business and was in the due diligence process, which the program teaches, and discovered things that I would not have known to look for if I had not gone through the program. I will recommend this program to any new entrepreneur or an existing entrepreneur who wants to scale their business. I HIGHLY recommend this program.
5 Stars if you do the work!
The support I've received has been next level from the well organized information and guidance, and the connections I've made are incredibly valuable. Not everyone in the program does the work or shows up regularly, and that's the key ingredient. Results are not fast, and acquisitions are NOT a simple, easy process. I'd recommend joining this program if you're open and willing to doing the work, because you will absolutely succeed and change the trajectory of your business and your career.
Acquisitions.com Blackmailing me to delete review
Was contacted by acquisitions.com via email because they saw my trust pilot review. Was told that they would refund my money once I delete my original review on Trust Pilot. They owe me my refund according to their own refund policy. It is not conditional upon me deleting a review. Is this blackmail? Why wouldn't they just refund me because I was given a 7 day money back period and I canceled on day 6. I didn't write my initial review until 2 weeks after refund should have been made. I thought I was being patient and graciously waiting. UPDATE: 05/01/2023 My response to Moran Pober & Acquisition.com's response from yesterday: Wow, that really sounds nice. Sounds like you issued me a refund like you said you would but I was "frustrated" (your words/not mine) and couldn't be patient enough to allow a week to go by for the refund to process. Which would mean that I have received a refund from you by now, right? Which leads me to a very simple question: As of today's date (almost 2 months later), have YOU ever issued me the refund that I requested according to your 7 day refund policy? That's right. The answer is an emphatic NO. Why go through the charade of pretending in your reply that I was simply too impatient and frustrated to wait for my refund but I now have it? You and I know the truth. The Truth is that I was forced (after getting no refund from aquisitions.com and moran pober - even though I was sold a 7 day refund policy), I was forced to seek help from my credit card issuer: Capital One. I gave them all of the evidence re: our transaction. I asked them to help me in this matter. They reached out to you to get your story as to why the charge is legitimate. You refused to respond to them (because you had no evidence that the refund should not be made). Based on all the evidence I provided and your lack of evidence to the contrary, Capital One took $5,997 from you and refunded it back to me. So let's not get too proud of me getting my money back when I had to resort to my credit card company doing an investigation and determining to take the money away from you to give back to me.

Loved the content
Loved the content, learned a ton, there is a lot of work to do once you get started, but it's definitely not for lazy people and it's not for people afraid to get out of their comfort zone.

Aquisitions.com lacks professionalism and is not a good fit for me
Update after response from them:
I did not receive any calls at or near the scheduled time. I would be happy to talk with you, Moran. However, even with all of my contact info, nobody is reaching out to me to set that up, and I will not be going through your automation process again. Thank you for the response.
The summary for anyone in a hurry:
I don't believe it is a scam. If I were to guess, this business is as much a funnel for cheap labor as it is cash flow. He targets anyone and everyone in his marketing, using cheesy but effective marketing practices (such as interviewing you to make sure he wants to take your money and work with you, before sending one billion messages per day, especially desperate people trying to escape the rat race; convinces people they need him; charge a lot of money to teach them something they can learn on their own (for cash flow); then teaches them to do his leg work for them knowing most of them can't afford the deals themselves, so he either gets part or all of the deal they found for him.
I don't know if I feel it's worth the cost as I never saw the cost in person, and never received the initial call to "interview me". You can learn this from somewhere else that does care about your business, will behave professionally, will not use high pressure sales/marketing tactics and spamming on you, and will not charge you thousands of dollars to make you feel they don't care. In fact, there is a free e-book resource that I will read through that someone else mentioned has everything you need to get going in another review I read. Go to Dan Pena's The Trillion Dollar Man site, downloads, QLA e-book 4th Edition and download for free.
The longer version:
I read reviews and forum coments from places like reddit, richinwriters, etc. and decided to give it a shot to see if it would be a good fit. I signed up on the calendar for a call and accepted the meeting, which put it to my calendar automatically.
Once it was on my calendar, I noticed it was in my general/shared calendar section that I don't pay much attention to, so I duplicated it to my private calendar that I do pay attention to. After duplicating I deleted the shared (which possibly automatically declined the event in retrospect).
For the next 24 hours I was spammed mercilessly, receiving at least 4 texts and 5 emails before I stopped paying attention. Two of them were within one hour of my scheduled phone meeting. None of them provided any contact info. All of them stated that you should not waste their time and to make sure to be ready for the meeting. All of them indicated that I was set for a phone call from them.
When the time came for them to call for our phone meeting, nothing. I waited for ten minutes because stuff happens. Then I started looking for some correspondence from them saying something went wrong; nothing.
I saw that you could send a message in messenger and it was set up as a bot. I tried sending a few messages to see if it would prompt a person to respond. Eureka! Moran himself seemed to respond with "James, I can see that you declined the event." I went on to explain what I believed happend with more messages; nothing. He didn't even bother to read them.
I figured out that I could respond to an automated email from the person who was responsible for calling me, Edward. I got no response there either. I responded to another automated email (since I had so many available) from the company that was titled support; nothing.
I don't believe he is scamming, but I do believe he is unprofessional and not a good fit for me. The general attitude from start to finish came off as, we don't care. I feel when you charge multiple thousands of dollars for a product, you should have better customer service than this.
Very disapointed because after wasting a lot of my valuable time watching his videos that you can't even see how long they run or move forward or back in, I was actually thinking I was going to sign up. I had the impression that he was a sincere, humble, and professional person who found a good win win situation where he would benefit from providing coaching/mentoring.
So I'll give Dan Pena a try and see what happens there.

Asked for a refund
Asked for a refund, quickly he revoked my access and has been 2 weeks since asking for a refund and still one has not been processed nor any communication has been given regarding this request. I don’t think he’s a scam artist but he’s apparently very upset and seems to careless and needs to refund my money.

acquisitions.com
acquisitions.com is a business acquisition plan based on a unique method (OPM - other people money). The process implemented on an online course is delivered through a unique e-learning system and information sharing as part of a large community, enabling capital raising from a community that supports each other. The course content focuses on concise, in-depth, and precise knowledge, divided into stages of acquisition and running a business in a straightforward manner that combines all the recommendations and legal material to realize the program in real life. Highly recommend it to anyone who connects to the idea of buying a business and growing capital in a possible way and suitable for people who want to get out of the matrix and control their time as part of running a worldwide or local business.

The experience thus far has been amazing. I’m yet to have huge successes but the knowledge I’ve gained so far is priceless and has me assured that success is on its way.
I would recommend Moran to anyone wanting to take that next step.
Not only is the platform and content great but so is the on-going support
The best business program ever.

Definitely worth going through the course to learn alot about business that I didnt get in college. Definitely saved me tens of thousands and years that I would of paid out/given to a university to learn. I'm always about condensing time, and learning from people who are currently practicing what they're teaching.
Great education and effective
Great education and effective. With a week I had board members, holding co, and talking to business owners looking to sell. Plus great resources on how to analyze then fund the deal.
Don’t apply if you don’t want to do the work and stay focused.
One of the best out there!
Since joining in April, I have learned a lot about M&A. This has enabled me to be confident in negotiations with business owners. I have been blown away by the content. I have also signed up to other programmes. Moran's is by far the most comprehensive. In addition, Moran and Jeff, who has 40 years M&A and investment banking experience hosts a weekly live Q&A. Where they field questions. For anyone claiming Moran is a scam artist - it's a lie. He has a wealth of knowledge wisdom and advice and genuinely wants to succeed. There is also a large community where we can exchange ideas, share experiences and provide advice.
For those doubters, thinking we are being misled, all the elements are there to be successful, but YOU are the one that has to take action. Ignore the nay-sayers, if you are interested in transforming your life, you could do a lot worse than signing up for Moran Pober's Acquisition University.

Comprehensive Business Education
Moran gives you what you need to know as a business owner and buyer. So if you've never been in business Moran helps you build a foundation. I really like the financial modules and deal flow modules in particular. The weekly calls and community is also supportive. Overall I really like the program and it's great to see what people are achieving after doing this program. I even met my business acquisitions partner in this group so I'm very happy and grateful for doing this and we're about to close our first 2M business in the next few weeks.
A Great Experience
Joining Acquisitions University is one of the best decisions I made this year because the program is legitimate and actionable. The material and coaching provide a real plan to increase your income, as well as net worth so that you can achieve financial freedom. Also, there is an active Facebook group where you can learn from deals in real-time.
Thank you Moran Pober!
So far the program has been great
So far the program has been great. The video and audio is very clear. The content that is coming out of the videos is invaluable. Customer Service/Support Team has been very helpful as well. I have not had a question that has been overlooked.
The only review I have ever written.
If you are reading this, you probably are considering whether or not joining the community is a scam. Let me be the first to inform you that its not. This is not a get rich scheme by any means, and the resources they provide are invaluable. As long as you plug away, and continue to add value to the community and grow your self, Moran and his team give you everything you need to become successful. You become the average of the 5 individuals you hang around, why not hang around those that have reached the level of success you dream about?
