I passed the State exam on the first attempt after taking the course Nov 1- Nov 28 2023.
What I liked about Brother Dave was how he taught in “ parables”. During the test I kept hearing his voice. When students had questions he would always direct answers to vital information that he knew we would be on the test . The 3 pretests in the back of the book catapulted me into the Victory.
Grateful to Brother Dave and Inland as I embark upon this most lucrative career!

Dave did a great job of teaching everything and answering all questions. Really appreciate being able to contact him outside of class for additional questing. Thank you!!

Dave was a good teacher and taught the broker class in clear and concise language.

Although I did not pass the national test, Mr Dave McGowan is a teacher who with true life experiences explains many different scenarios that involve real estate. Those were the helpful examples. I needed more time, the accelerated class was going too quickly for me.

Dave is an AWESOME educator! You will LOVE his approach and do well.

Dave McGowan is a great teacher. Real estate can be confusing and he did a great job explaining things. No question was ever stupid. I learned so much and was able to pass my test with confidence. I really appreciated all of his hard work.

Dave is easily one of the best teachers I have ever had. His passion comes through in each class. The amount of knowledge he possesses in the RE industry is amazing. Not only was he a phenomenal teacher, but he is such a great resource to have whether you are looking to become a broker, or taking the class to represent yourself for investment properties. I dont recommend going anywhere else except to Dave if you're serious about getting your broker's license. 15/10

Dave was my instructor and he did a fantastic job with explaining and using real life examples to help you familiarize/understand the information and how it applies to everyday life. I would recommend this school along with Dave to anyone that was interested in becoming a Broker in IL. Dave you are AWESOME!!!!!

There are not enough POSITIVE words to describe how INCREDIBLE and IMPACTFUL this course was. DAVID is THE BEST teacher I ever had and I have a Master's Degree! Extremely knowledgeable, witty, fun and fast pace course. David goes well beyond teaching the course!

Do not know how I would have managed without this class. David is amazing as giving real life scenarios to give better understanding of situations. The three week class was very fast paced and loaded with info. It is hard to not get overwhelmed. Yet David is always there to help and answer questions.

I would recommend Inland school. Our instructor was very good at giving us hypotheticals for a lot of the information, it was very helpful in retaining the information.
