I bought mine on February 6th On the 28th they sent me an email saying “good news, your order has shipped”, along with a tracking number.. come to find out it’s shipping out from Korea. I questioned them about being a Canadian company and have not heard back. It’s now one month later an I still don’t have it.

Email from infraredi saying the package is being held until I pay taxes and duties. No idea yet how much. CS keeps saying it’s out of their control. Apparently it’s not typical they ship from China and they were just out at their Canadian facility. There was absolutely nothing about that being a possibility when I purchased. I bought from them because I wanted to support a Canadian business. They still claim to be but everything is pointing to otherwise. Deceptive and should be taken off of sponsored google

I ordered the Pro Series through the pre-order and was impressed by the quick delivery from Melbourne. The device is high quality and is working well so far. Joyce was helpful in helping me decide which device is best for me. The device is also TGA approved which reassured me the unit is safe to use and high quality.

Order was delivered promptly and Joyce was very helpful in answering my questions and keeping me updated. Highly recommend!

Delays in shipment and when a shipment did arrive it was incomplete.
Emails advised additional items ordered would arrive in 3-5 days time, which never happened and when emailed for ETA advised delivery would be a few weeks.
Returned under their 60 day return policy, however nothing was refunded after a week and again when questioned advised 5-7 business days more .

Have received my order after 3 weeks of following up in the end. Overall happy with the product so far after two days of usage. But I think Infraredi can improve on their communication regarding to shipping.

Ordered 10 days ago and my order hasn’t shipped yet! Up until I placed my order, the customer service was great and answered all my questions etc. But after I placed my order, they don’t answer questions as fast, and they make excuses about why the order hasn’t shipped. They also keep saying it’s going to ship “today or tomorrow” - but nothing happens.
Once it ships it takes 7-10 days to arrive which means, depending on when it ships, that I will receive my order 3-4 weeks after i placed it. Which I think is just way too big a delay.
In a situation like this I would - if the company was mine - send with expedited shipping so customers didn’t have to wait as long. Or provide a large discount on the item. I could have ordered from a ton of other webpages and I would have had an infrared device by now…

Prompt despatch of item, well packaged. Infraredi available to answer questions which is important. I bought it for my daughter and she feels it is indeed helping her injured foot.

Brilliant device I have used it everyday since I received it. I have the Infraredi lite, it’s compact and easy to store in my bathroom. Highly recommended especially for sleep improvement and skin complexion!

I have been using the Infraredi everyday since I brought it and I love it . I use the red light on my face and the infrared on my hip and have noticed a huge difference in both appearance of skin and the disappearing soreness in hip . Highly recommend .
