Hi there,
As previously discussed via our email correspondence, a title search is not able to be processed for an entire multi-unit complex, as each unit or Lot has it's own title record with the state title registrar, and as such you are not able to process one title search on 'the entire complex' as stated in your email.
Looking into your order I can see that you received the correct title details for the unit/lot as selected for your order and as listed in the invoice.

The deposited plans are recorded and held by the state title registrar, and not by InfoTrackGO.

Looking into your order records, the ASIC personal name search under your order does not indicate a year of birth range for the individual name selected as the basis of the order.
For this reason you would have received the search results for all matching ASIC records of the name selected for your order.

The bank would not accept it from Info…
The bank would not accept it from Info track so I had to rebuy from ASIC at a quarter of price to satisfy bank.
However a representative from Infotrack investigated and as a result have refunded cost. Unexpected but much appreciated. Thanks Cale
