Very easy install, takes a little bit of time routing wire under truck, but no big deal. Simple plug and play connections. Works very well!

I called about the product I ordered a qwwk ago, I was told that it was on national backorder, then 3 days later I get an email saying my package is bwing shipped..I thought thats great, it arrived today..product looks used and worn and a corner is broke off..so now I guess I will have to see if it works..and also..there were no directions at all

I’m pleased with all the support I’ve been given, even though after installing I still had issues with the new system. I wrote right away that I was having problems and an technician responded and gave me opinions on how to resolve the problem. So far, so good.

There was an issue with the obd that came with the backup camera (2016 silverado, IOB radio). This order was a fix for that issue, swapping out the radio core. The new core came in less than a week. An online infotainment video showed exactly how to swap it out. It took less than 20 minutes to swap out. Everything works perfect.

I received my 8.4 Uconnect upgrade for my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, I finally got it working and it looks great in my vehicle, the thing I feel infotainment.com should improve on is providing more specific instructions to the vehicle..... I received absolutely no written instructions about how to install this unit, the web just referred me to a youtube video which was helpful but it didn't address the security bypass module and the OBD genie programing, since I wasn't aware of these things after installing the unit per video instructions the unit didn't work so I spent a couple days agonizing on what could have possibly gone wrong! you see I work during the day so when I get home there was no way to call customer support... So out of frustration I send a email (help ticket) explaining the issue, the next morning I received a response from Nicholas R explaining its the programing and that the bypass module will need to be plugged in, so my thought was bypass? and where do I plug this in? so after speaking with Nicholas on the phone he explained everything specific to my vehicle and emailed me a diagram and instructions, so when I got home from work I followed the instructions and now so far so good. So I couldn't help but think that if I had received these specific instruction it would have saved me from the headache... these unit are not cheap after market junk, customers who spend this type of money should receive better instructions so we can quickly enjoy the experience not the hassle.

I purchased a nav upgrade several years ago and found the product and company to be excellent.
This year my wife wanted to upgrade the system in her F-150. She ended up buying the Nav with SYNC 3 Touch Screen upgrade and we found the product, Sales (John) and Customer Service (Nick) to be out standing. The video was super as well, making instillation easy to accomplish. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and their products to any one.

Everything was EXCELLENT, from the information on the website, ordering process, delivery and installation. All the available videos about the products and how to install are extremely helpful and easy to follow. Will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade.

I ordered an Apple car play radio for my 2015 Ram and the warehouse forgot to ship the accompanying bezel out along with it. Now I’m waiting even longer to install the radio. Very unsatisfactory considering I spent over two thousand dollars, and this is the type of service I get.

Excellent experience from initial calls to John and Matt, to a quick call to tech person. Install was straight forward and radio has worked well after the 3 hour post install “settle in” period. Waiting for the trade-in check after returning old radio. Hope that goes well as the cost is relatively high overall.

I purchased a radio from this company, I requested expedited shipping and upon placing the order I spoke with Nick (Supervisor) and advised to ship via UPS as USPS and Fedex have had poor service lately. He documented the file but the shipping department never shipped via UPS instead shipped via USPS and shipment was late. I called in and PAID $500.00 for another unit to be shipped out and once I receive the old one I was told to contact him back and then send back the old one. Today upon contacting Infotainment they advised me that I would have to pay for shipping or they could provide a shipping label and they would deduct $15.00 from my refund. Its not my fault as a customer that they dropped the ball but yet I am liable for shipping their item back to them. In addition they are selling radios with no proof they are not stolen and cannot provide vin numbers to vehicles that the radios came out of. Very fishy and a shady business operation.
