I purchased and installed a backup camera in my 2017 Ram. Excellent service and easy to program the camera to the OEM radio screen.

Ordered the updated HMI GPS module for my 19’ Corvette on a Thursday. Received it on Monday, a day earlier than posted. The module was well packaged to eliminate any damage possible during transit. Going to install it today.. Happy with the purchase, communication and shipping..

Tried order this a month ago guy was suppose to send quote. Never did called back ordered the factory oem at 1599.00. Was supposed to be programed with my VIN to my truck. None of the uconnect works as it's still programed to another vehicle.
Has a Lancia screen will not change to a ram or even a mopar screen.
I have had better luck buying used radios with the unlock code that buying from infotainment.

Did not receive any instructions on what to do for a radio repair. Therefore I didn’t know I needed to send it in until I contacted the company a week later. The only email I was sent, was my order confirmation. Still have not got my repaired radio. I had seen somewhere that they would send a repaired radio with a shipping label to return your old radio, but I guess that was false information. I was also unaware that I would be paying my own shipping fees on top of buying the item. Hope to get the radio soon, to see if it was worth the trouble.

I ordered this item and although there was a very slight delay as one of the pieces was on a back order, I received the item in a very timely manner. Cannot say enough good things about the customer services as I was updated almost daily regarding the status of my order.
