While I was looking for an immigration adviser for a resident visa in New Zealand, I found out about the Immigration Trust through a Google search. The company's homepage and the phone consultation with Simon provided enough information including various successful cases to give me confidence and it did not take a long time to sign the engagement document. Before submitting the application, Simon asked for specified materials based on the firm's long experience, and Simon and the staff always reviewed the materials carefully before submitting them. Also, I could witness them being really detailed and hard-working. For example, one day, Simon cut off all contacts and concentrated solely on my application when he checked out my final draft. And even he was often working at night in Europe during his vacation. Communication between Simon and the migration officer was always smooth, and Simon was always preparing to respond to the needs of the migration officer. Additionally, I believe the fee that the Immigration Trust suggested was also quite reasonable compared to other firms that I had queried about before I signed with the Immigration Trust. Overall, I am completely satisfied with coworking with Simon and the firm. If exaggerated, I would have been satisfied with their work itself even if I had failed to get the resident visa. Simply, Simon and his firm are awesome! Simon and the firm gave me proper advice whenever it was required. If I am asked to recommend someone to help the immigration process in New Zealand, my answer will always be the Immigration Trust.

I was referred to Simon for help with a S61 request. I had become unlawful after a situation beyond my control. Simon explained we had a lot of work to do, it wasn’t going to be easy but we will do everything we can, and will work as a team.
In just over 2 weeks I’ve been approved a 6 month work visa and I’ll be engaging later this week to progress my residency/further visa applications.
Today has marked the closure of a 10 year long difficult chapter in my life. I can’t recommend or rate Simon and the whole team highly enough!
Not only did I get a positive result but the compassion, kindness and respect I have been shown throughout the whole process has made what appeared to be a daunting process feel achievable.

My partner got her work visa declined after receiving a bad advice from our previous immigration adviser. After that, they didn't even show interest to apply for reconsideration for they know that our case is impossible to win after the advise they have given.
My partner did her research to look for a lawyer who will represent our case better , however, she became unlawful unintentionally and we needed to apply for section 61. Of course, we were so nervous because this can affect our family especially my partner has just given birth to our son. We booked a face to face consultation with Simon and before we even reached their office he already knows what to do with our case. He is so professional and very smart with immigration matters. After 2 weeks and few days our Section 61 case has been approved and now we are such in relief and is so excited about the future. UPDATE 1/11/21: Our Partnership Visa was approved last week. We applied during the three months visitor visa we were able to achieve with Simons guidance under section 61. This Second partnership visa did not come easy we again received a multitude of concerns as PPI from INZ, very similar to our first application which was declined, so it has hard to imagine we could swing their decision this time considering we were declined on many of the same concerns last application. However, this time the new factor was we had guidance from Simon. Simon remained very calm throughout the process and was always one step ahead. Simon guided us on how to approach our visa and PPI Reponses by showing us the best way to structure our information and proofing all our work to make sure we were sticking within his guidelines. He understood what we needed to do and showed us how to do it.
I would like to thank Simon for the incredible news we received. My partner and I can finally plan our future and live life without the worry of being separated.

Update: 15/11/2022

My partner got her residency. It was almost close to impossible as she was illegally residing for 2 weeks in NZ. Thanks to the firm who made things impossible , possible. This is the biggest blessing of our year and it will never be possible without the help of Simon, who is very knowledgeable with all the immigration processes. After a successful application for work visa, my Partnership based resident visa has been approved today..

I have been working with Immigration Trust for over a year and half now so I can assure everyone that Simon and his team at Immigration Trust are the best NZ immigration lawyers and advisors. My parter was unlawful in NZ for almost 12 years due to circumstances out his control. We thought there was no hope for our little family as I consulted multiple lawyers however felt that they weren’t skilled enough in immigration law to be able to assist with our complex situation.
