Spent a very informative weekend online learning about all things small scale residential developments, from setting up legal structures, finding a suitable site, designing, building and selling the properties. I feel confident about moving into the development space.

Fantastic material covered by Narelle. Learnt many practical tips which I can immediately apply in my property development journey.

I couldn't attend all, but the one session that I found super helpful was 'How to value a DA property', which is effectively a partial reverse feaso.

I have just done the Property Development Secrets 2 day seminar and found the information both informative and fascinating. Although I’ve done a few small ones already I still made some mistakes so after this course I won’t make any news ones.

Explained lot of complicated issues very clearly and various options were suggested to overcome the tax change curveballs.

So much information over the 2days that my head is spinning- presented in a sequential, logical manner with the option to follow along on slides. Knowledge worth having for sure!

A great weekend. Loving all the learning weekends. I haven't had access to this much knowledge ever.

As always, this bootcamp has been filled with current information on taxation, strategies, as well as planning. Even if we watch other videos, trainings, and bootcamps, each ILRE training is filled with new information that helps me just stay up-to-date and informed so I can ensure my project is on track and my strategy both short and long term are tweaked for success. Highly recommend for everyone to jump into this.

Everytime I attend an ILRE event I always learn something and get so much value. So much wisdom to learn from.

I love the honest and personal conversation from the team, great data analyse, motivational, I can can now see great possibility for my future.
