I bought these hearing aids and they didn't fit and sound was distorted. I sent them back on 3rd October 2025. I have sent several emails and now no response. I have tacked them and it says being checked in customs which it has been saying that for the last 6 weeks. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been totally taken in by Elena , charming lady and so ready to help with the aids I'd purchased being too big. Idiot! I now learn she's a bot. I bought them 4 months ago and now they are just ignoring my emails requesting refund . SCAM.

I purchased these hearing aids on the 19th of August, I had to return them because they did not fit, which cost me a further £16 to return. I have never received a refund and it constantly says still in customs in China. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are absolutely dreadful and scammers. I am reporting them. They should be shut down completely. I do not hold any hope of getting my money back therefore I am taking further action. PLEASE BE AWARE AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hearing aids arrived in early October but one didn't work, was told to return them for replacement, cost £18.50 postage to send them back to China, about 10 weeks later and nothing, I keep emailing but get no response, disgraceful, avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered the said set of hearing aids on Oct 11th. Received confirmation and a tracking order number etc. And as of today's date still not received the order. Eleanor initially responded to first email. It was very nice, to keep me sweet I guess. Since then, all emails are unanswered, and my wording is getting more to the point. My advice is....
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM!!;

It should be rated no stars, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! customer service appalling. I ordered 2 sets by mistake as ticked a box when ordering, which was confusing. Upon emailing company to explain they kindly said to return one set and they would refund, after paying to return one set this never happened. Fobbed me off for 3 months with promises that my refund would be coming. Then out of the blue the hearing aid set turned up returned to me with no explanation. I take it I’m not getting my refund!

Same as everyone else 25% then 50% refund but my mum didn’t want them sent them back recorded delivery and now 10 weeks later no refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE REPORT THEM. SCAMMED MY FATHER OF 89 OUT OFF £135.00. I HAVE VEEN TRYING TO RING AND EMAILS (PAPER TRAIL) ALL A BIG SCAM!!!!!

I ordered one pair order was confirmed next thing another order popped up for three pair I contacted them within five minutes to query the second order I was told it had already been dispatched there was no sign of the first order for one the order for three arrived I got to them they said send them back for a refund or keep them f and accept a 25% refund after haggling with them for 50% refund they agreed it cost £23 two send them back waiting for my refund two weeks later my parcel came back to me saying not collected on their side now all contact has been cut of by them it’s getting to the point who do you trust anymore😡😡

Further to my previous review of this awful company, I discover they have gone into administration, no trace of them whatsoever, so after having chasing my partial refund for nearly 6 months seems I won’t be getting it… I did send a recorded letter to the administrators but heard nothing back…

Avoid, avoid avoid. We feel like we've been scammed out of our money. Please save yourselves unecessary pain and expense and don't fall for there promises. Should be shut down.

I’ve been emailing them about the refund for over 4 months and now their email address does not exist etc

My story - While trying on the hearing aid, i felt something strange into my ear. Feeling little uncomfortable throughout my day with how my left ear was feeling.

Worried abt this, i went to see by audiologist, who confirmed they seeing a little spec in my ear, and advised me to go E&A to get it removed - and shown me a small white plastic which was lodged into my ear.

This ‘spec’ was the little white plastic part from the hearing aid.

I took a picture of this ‘spec’ white plastic piece taken out fr my left ear at the E&A as part of my reason for return.

Upon instruction from them, i returned via registered delivery and with detailed reason for my return - (i submitted my A&E report etc )

I keep getting email reply from ‘Alena’ stating my refund is in process but to date No Refund and their email address is no longer valid etc

Reading latest reviews of other customers has led me to write this. No stars for ihearmore.com would be appropriate. Early September I went to order hearing aids; seems I had ordered 2 sets! Tried to phone (impossible) so immediately contacted credit card company as feared a scam. Long story but they are still sorting - do not touch these people!

I ordered the hearing aids, I have waited over one month now.

I ordered a pair of hearing aids in August, foolishly through a face book advert. They never arrived so i requested a refund. I was told the refund would take approximately 5 to seven working days, nothing arrived , so i chased again and was told they had a back log, but it had been approved and should be with me shortly, again nothing arrived. after several chases they now no longer respond and im still awaiting a refund

I got a pair a few months ago,absolute crap,they offered a 40%refund or send back to China,where they came from.I opted for the refund and still waiting after much contact with them still waiting.Do not touch them,they are absolute rubbish and scam artists.Do not buy from them.I had to rate with a star to start the review the one star means 0.

They said they sent hearing aids, but didn't arrive. They said Yodel had them.
After a month I asked for refund. Still no reply after 10 days.

I ordered one pair of aids but due to confusing ordering system they charged me for three pairs which took a while to arrive. I had spoken to Elena who ,after some discussion offered a 25% refund. She said it was not possible to cancel the order as it was being processed in China ….on the same day as my order !!?
The only option was to keep all three pairs and accept 25% refund. 5 months later and regular weekly reminder there is no sign of any money.

Stay away from this Company . No stars given but I had to give one star to write this review.
Received hearing Aids but didn’t work -negotiated keeping them but sending me 20% refund .
Emailing back and forth for 8 months talking with Elena (which is a robot ) no refund sent .
Please do not buy from this company save your money .

I ordered on behalf of my father on October 12th. I have still not received anything. As others have mentioned, you initially get an automated response from Elena, advising that your product is delayed with Yodel. 6 weeks later and still nothing and now no response to any emails.
