I have been scammed as my items didn’t arrive a when I contacted them they took sometime to get back and then blamed it on yodel however it clearly stated on yodel site that it won’t be coming and when I contacted back to hear they said they can’t do any that’s it was out wit yodel but I have now been waiting for 2 months and hear are not answering me or giving me a refund!

The hearing aids whistled constantly even after trying the different sized ear pieces and changing the settings, it was agreed on 10/10/25 that I would receive a refund , as of today 07/12/25 still not had a refund and they have stopped replying to my emails , do not buy from this company.

I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before I foolishly ordered from this company. They are not what they claim and, like many others I seem to have no prospect of seeing the money they me ever again. Don't go near them.

Ordered hearing aid from IHear More. Somehow ended up with ordering three. Tried to cancel two but was told already for dispatch but could return for a refund. Returned them all and had notification that they had been received. Six months later, despite endless promises, there has been no refund. Impossible company to deal with. They no longer reply to my emails. Should not be allowed to advertise.

I would advice anyone thinking of purchasing these DONT. Ordered a pack and they sent two pack. Charged for 2 packs. I told them several times i only want 1 pack. They said.it was an error and to send them back for a refund.Had trouble getting correct address as it turned out they are in China and i failed to notice this. Eventually packed them up and
sent through Evri. About two weeks later back they came. They couldnt find the address. Surprise. Elena who i was dealing with me said due to the fact that they were too big and wouldn't stay in my ears and that i had an extra pair which i didnt want, she would request a half fefund. Im out of pocket by nearly £150.I have since messaged her to chase refund. No reply. No fefund. 2 pairs of useless hearing aids.

I have now read the reviews. Wish I had done so before ordering. I paid £69 and received nothing apart from an email offering me 20% refund. Which I refused. This company are absolute scammers. I don't know what to do next. I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to lose the money.

Do not order from this company....paid and nothing delivered. No response to my 3rd email after being promised they were on their way. This was nearly 7 weeks ago.....

I’ve ordered some hearing aid for my mum and haven’t received anything at all. This was in October I sent a email to they replied. So I sent another email still stating no delivery and they haven’t even responded. Don’t buy anything from them we need the word out that they take your money but won’t supply the good.

I ORDERED AIDS IN JULY 25.RECEIVED THEM IN JULY,BUT THEY SENT ME 3 INSTEAD OF ONE .CONTACTED THEM ,AND WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE 2 I DIDNT WANT ,WHICH I DID ,BUT COST ME 20 POUNDS .I HAD A FULL REFUND IN SEPTEMBER 25 .THANKS HEARMORE .NO COMPLAINTS.

This company owe me £138.00 been trying since September but not got a refund and even the RBS Bank have not done anything about refunding me on my credit card . I think everyone on here who have been scammed by I hear more should be able to do something they should not get away with this. We should all stick together. Pete Reidy. I am on facebook.

I ordered a pair of hearing aids back in September, paid in full but have never received them. There adverts and website says they are a British based family run UK company and all products are dispatched within one working day, I received an email saying they had been dispatched with a tracking number within a few days of placing the order, after a few days I checked the tracking number with the delivery company, it was fake. I tried phoning several times but no answer, sent emails again several times, eventually I received an answer saying that they had been dispatched but from there Chinese Wearhouse and should be with me in about 10 days, I tried to cancel the order but they say I can not do that once they have been dispatched. I contacted my Bank to reverse the payment. I have never received anything from this company. Do Not Use Them

Identical situation to Sue Richards 12! November 2025. Got sent two but only ordered one, promised 50% refund rd August 2025 still waiting, they din't even answer my emails anymore. My advice DO NOT TRUST this company.

I've never recieved the hearing aids & still nothing after several emails, I'm now hearing company dissolved in sept 25, they just appear on facebook under other names, steer well clear, I've lost my money

I had to return hearing aids to this company and send them to china, although they came from England. Cost me £16 to do this. Was promised refund as soon as possible but weeks later no refund. Contacted them and spoke to elena several times who promised refund but still nothing and now not answering my emails. This started in August and still waiting. If I could give no stars I would. Disgraceful calmpanh

Check on Companies House where they registered as HEARMORE UK LTD - they dissolved on 6th September.
they are still selling hearing aids - and do send them out.
THIS IS WHY THEY DONT RESPOND TO REFUNDS OR ISSUES - legally they aren't there!!
Following my order they took more money from my account for insurance cover of the hearing aids.... all the while I was trying to send the aids back, which didn't work or fit.

It would be great just to receive the goods. At first they were responsive to my queries about my missing order but now they're completely ignoring my request for a refund. Silly me. Give them a very wide berth. Definitely not a UK based firm contrary to blurb

Eventually received hearing aids delivered from a Uk address but they were unsuitable for purpose and contacted them to try and return them and receive a refund.
I was given a return address in China and after a lot of trouble eventually I sent them back and have been informed by Evri that they were delivered. Despite numerous emails Ihearmore are no longer responding to emails and my refund remains outstanding after 2 months!

Goods supplied did not work. They offered discount of 50% if i kept goods..i declined. After numerous emails they supplied address in China they agreed to refundnfull.proce plus postage. I supplied proof of postage and tracking number since then no refund will.not reply to emails. DO NOT BUY HEARING AIDS FROM THIS COMPANY

In short these hearing aids are rubbishDO NOT BUY.
I bought a pair in September for £69.99. When I contacted Ihearmore I was offered a small discount but decided to return them. After returning them by registered mail I gave them the tracking number. I was told I would be refunded my money when they received them back. Since then nothing not even a reply to countless e mails.

I ordered 1 set of aids and was charged for 4.
Numerous emails requesting my £196 refund!!
This has been going on since AUGUST!
This is all a total scam they should be closed down immediately.
