I was hopeful to find a solid product, but what went from me purchasing their product I am now fighting to get them to stop charging my credit card. I did not sign up for the VIP service, but they keep charging my card to the point I now have had my credit card company flag them as a fraudulent vendor charge.

I will tell many via my social media channels of a combined 70K ppl to NOT purchase from this company due to the over-billing.

I got interested in doing my own hair during the pandemic. Read about George Clooney cutting his own hair. Plus getting bad haircuts at the cheap places that I can afford to go to. Can't afford some Hollywood stylist. Ended up trying the iFade device. Really happy. It's easy to use and does the high and tight that I got used to in the military. My wife even likes it. Trying to get her to try it but no luck so far.

Beware!!!! I don’t know if it’s somewhere in the fine print but they take out monthly payments of $39US a month!! I have emailed and waiting on a response but I know I’m being extremely hopeful…..looks like I’ll need to cancel my credit card!!!! Don’t buy

I’m so impressed with my iFade clippers! They’re easy to handle, provide a super clean fade, and the quality is just as described. They arrived quickly, and I could tell right out of the box that these are professional-grade. Whether it’s for touch-ups or a full haircut, they work perfectly every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable clippers. Definitely a five-star product!

I bought Ifade on October 1st, I received it and I need to get comfortable working with it, but on October 15, they charged me again! I tried to call them many times but the 2 phone numbers I Googled don’t work! I called my credit card Co. to cancel my card, what if they charge me again and again!

Scam. Got my product, yes.. but now they are trying to bill me every month. Luckily my credit card company flagged the reoccurring payment attempt.

I’m extremely disappointed with this hair clipper. The quality is far from what was advertised, feeling flimsy and cheap. The delivery took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, the product didn’t look anything like the photos. It barely performs as promised, with dull blades that make cutting hair difficult. Definitely not worth the money—misleading advertising and poor quality. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I purchased the product in September 2024. At checkout, I was offered an upgrade from version 2.0 to 4.0 for an additional USD 39.99, which I accepted. However, two weeks later, only the 2.0 version arrived. After multiple follow-ups, they assured me that the 4.0 version would be shipped immediately.

Eight weeks passed, and I still haven’t received the device. During this time, I noticed that they had been charging my card an additional USD 79.98 (USD 2x39.99) without my authorization. This is a fraudulent practice, and I have now taken legal action. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store.

I purchased one set, but i check how much i was charged on my credit card, i saw that i was charged twice , $90.34 and $69.49. i am not happy at all.

I had been waiting to try these clippers because I cut my own hair and could never get a good fade. I went to the website and purchased the set with the 360 mirror. As soon as I put in my credit card info and hit complete I get a pop-up page that says the product you ordered is defective and gives a low percentage of consistent fade and I should upgrade to the new model for $60.

I immediately declined and started searching their website for a customer service number or chat to cancel my order because wtf. The number was out of service so I created a chat ticket and I had to wait 24-48 hours to get a response. 24 hours later someone responded to my cancellation request via email. Yet instead of respecting my request and cancelling my order this person stated that they could upgrade me to the new model at no cost.

I declined because during that 24 hour wait time I came to this website and started reading all the horror stories of people being charged incorrectly. I promptly replied to the email and again stated that I would just like to cancel my order and if they do not cancel it I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company. 24 more hours go by and I get a notification that my order has been shipped and my card has been charged.

So I put in a dispute with my credit card company, 24 hours later I get a notification from IFADe via the shop App that my order has been refunded. This company is bogus and the way they do business is ridiculous. Bait and switch at its finest. Not to mention the several accounts of people being charged illegally for a non-existent contract that’s stated nowhere on their website in the faqs section or during purchase.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the 2.0, then was forced to upgrade to the 4.0 for $65 more. Then I received the 2.0 in the mail. I called the customer service number, no answer it’s constantly busy. So I emailed customer service. The rep Jonalyn responded and called themselves helping. They told me that I needed to send back the 2.0 before they’d send the 4.0. I refused. Send me what I paid for and I’ll send back the 2.0 once I received the 4.0. Then the tell me are according to their records I received the 4.0 and gave me a tracking number. I check the number through the post office and it’s the same number that the 2.0 was delivered under, so they NEVER SENT THE 4.0 TO ME!!!!

3 days have passed and I’ve received not one response to any of my emails and the phone is still busy. So I’m gonna spend as much time as needed to destroy their reputation as being a company that stands behind their product. If you mess up, admit it, then correct it.

I'm quite happy with this hair clipper so far, fading is a lot easier than with my previous clipper so I can now do it daily. Overall can recommend

I recently purchased the iFade, iFade 2.0, Platinum package, which included the 360 mirror and T9 vintage clippers. However, I have only received the mirror and the T9 vintage clippers, and the iFade 2.0 has not been delivered. This oversight has deeply disappointed me.

Despite my efforts to rectify this situation through multiple emails, I have not received any support from the company. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for my concerns are unacceptable.

As a result, I am compelled to leave a one-star Google review. I am frustrated that this company has failed to comprehend the issue and has not taken any action to rectify the situation.

Furthermore, the customer service provided by this company has been utterly deplorable. There has been no support available, and my attempts to reach out have been ignored. This lack of support is outrageous and has led me to regret my decision to become a customer of this company.

I made a review about the company iFade on the 6th Oct, 2024 about giving me a wrong product and charging my account $55 for membership which I did not sign for. After the review, I got an email from them on the 7th claiming they have canceled that membership and refunded the money back to my card. Till date, I have not seen that money and to top it off, again today they have charged my card with thesame amount $55 even though I did not buy anything from them.
How can I buy a clipper and that automatically makes me a member? Member of what really? So they are charging my account with $55 monthly because I bought a clipper from them, which I fully paid for.

This is fraudulent and criminal in all sense of it and I want everyone to be careful with ordering from this company or they having your card data.

I put my order in on October 1st and I still have yet to receive it. The phone number I try to reach out to for customer service is a dead end. I've emailed and have received no responses. I'm still waiting to find out where my order is.

This is a scam. Cheaply made hair trimmer but since then they've charged another 200 USD to our card. They claim that the terms and conditions on the website form a contract where they charge you about 70 a month to enable you to get free shipping on future orders.

Avoid at all costs.

Following up on my previous review of being fraudulently charged fees for an iFade model I did not receive, my bank phoned me today to outline 4 fraudulent transactions on my account by, you guessed it, iFade.

It seems iFade have been taking a monthly amount out of my account since August.

The following charges came out of my account in addition to the purchased amount. Amounts are in EUROS
36.16 7th August
27.35 17th August
36.12 16th September
36.75 16th October

From reading more reviews here on Trust Pilot I now see this is a frighteningly common occurrence. My bank has now blocked iFade and I have asked for a refund of the amount. If this does not happen, iFade will be investigated by VISA. If they find a pattern, iFade will be blacklisted as a fraudulent company.

Please do not allow them to perpetrate this crime by buying from this company.
