Crap and does not send what they say!! They will continue to take money month after month. They waited a couple months and then charged my card two months in a row. Had to file fraud and cancel cards!!! Beware!!

I’ve just ordered from this company . And after seeing all the negative reviews . I’m now very worried .. 😤😭🤦🏻‍♂️ sounds as tho I’m about to get scammed with payments coming off my account every month now . Due to this company entering customers into a subscription 😤🤦🏻‍♂️😭 really hope I’m not one of they customers 😤🤦🏻‍♂️😭😡 I really don’t understand how this company can reply to every 5 star review with customers Complimenting them .. but the 1 star Nasty reviews .. where people are being honest . This company hasn’t replied to a single bad review from customers . Strange that 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️😭😤 I ordered the ifade 2.0 .. I’ve been charged for both the ifade 1.0 and 2.0 .. I’ve tried to get a refund numerous times for the ifade 1.0 .. also trying to get the ifade 2.0 sent out to my address . But I keep receiving the exact same email every time . Asking if I want to upgrade to the ifade 2.0 . Stating they’ll give me the ifade 2.0 for the price of ifade 1.0 .. it’s actually a simple task .. to send the ifade 2.0 out to me then cancel and refund me for the 1.0 ifade which shouldn’t have been debited from my bank account 😡😢😤🤦🏻‍♂️😭😭

As you’re reading many times, this is a complete scam. All you’ve read is true. I ordered and was scammed into paying extra for the 4.0 version but received the 2.0 version that you can buy for $46 on Amazon (Fadify 2.0). Then I was charged for a subscription I NEVER enrolled in. I reached out to get reimbursed for the subscription and they said I agreed to it when I made the purchase. Do you get a product that works? Yes you do. But are you scammed into paying more and charged a recurring fee for a subscription that you never purchased? Yes. That is fraud.

Update: I’m continuing to be charged about every 3-4 months because I think that’s the strategy for them. Probably going to have to get a new card.

Absolutely taking the mick , they put you on a subscription . Even when I returned the product within the specified days . They still carried on taking the payment please guys don’t give yourself the headache dealing with some unethical people .

I am very satisfied with how the clipper is making fading a lot easier, there is virtually zero friction when it slides which makes it very safe while at the same time it takes away all the facial hair, the clipper's quality is very high, the delivery time was within a few days only, and it was overall a pleasant surprise, i use this clipper every time when i need to now, it is my main tool for this task

BEWARE SCAMMERS!. Once you have purchased the product from them. They will continue to take multiple unauthorised payments from your bank account. They made it look like you are buying a product and making a one time payment. But it is a trap they have hidden the fact that they will continue to take payments as a subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY WEBSITE.

I am waiting to return the ifade product and noticed ifade charged my account $57.35 for a subscription I never signed up but I need this to be addressed ASAP!!

The company keep on charging my credit card again and again. I will advice to go local and buy your trimmer from there!

This product is really great, I have been using it for a long time and it always helps me when shaving. It will never irritate you. I definitely recommend everyone to use it. I think the price is cheap compared to this wonderful product.

On 12/07/24 I received and transaction alert from my bank from Ifade for $39.99 and I didn't make a purchase I made a purchased three months ago now they are trying to charge my card again I didn't receive a email with a order number or anything nor did I sign up for prescription, they are putting fraudulent charges on credit cards I tried contacting them by phone no one answered so I sent them an email, becareful ordering from this company. 12/15/24 I checked my bank statement found out this fraudulent company has been charging my credit card since August 10/ 2024 I contacted them again they refunded two month of payment of $79.99 each payment was for $39.99 for phony subscription that offers nothing as I said previously check your bank statement because this company would drain you dry. On 12/18/2024 I filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back this is how they get you with they're scam, they will advertise the clippers for $39.99 when you go to check out a pop would say upgrades to 2nd generation because 1st generation doesn't cut ass close for another $39.99 and it won't let you order unless you agree, so you agree and your order would say your going to receive two sets of clippers generation 1 and 2 but you only receive one set which is generation 1 so you contact them they won't answer the phone if you leave a voice message they won't respond they will respond by email in 2 or 3 days after messaging them they will refund half the payment, this is when the scam kicks in that $39.99 payment put you in their VP subscription that when they take $39.99 out of your account each month if you want to try they're clippers my advise buy them from Amazon.

When I ordered the Ifade they sent the first generation, and I ordered the 2 and generation which was extra after contacting them which was an issue, they don't seem to know what going on with ordered after going back and forth with them
they refunded the extra money, once I received the wrong order I tried using it. It kept cutting off wouldn't hold a charge I just threw it away it wasn't worth the hassle of going through that process again. Ifade contacted me several more time by email asking me to send them a screenshot of my payment to them which doesn't make any since as if they don't have access to they're own payment history this company customer service is horrible, it's obvious they don't know what they are doing so I checked my bank statements they refunded my money then they emailed me again still asking for a screenshot of payment at that point I had my card deactivated for a new one then, they emailed me again saying I signed up for a subscription which is not true so it obvious this company has issue if you have ordered from them check your bank statements or have your card deactivated. I checked my bank statements again and found out they were taking $39.99 from my account since August 10/2024 for a fraudulent subscription that doesn't offer anything, they just take your money I contacted them again they only amount they returned was $79.99 of the money that was taken don't trust this company and don't order from them you'll be better off ordering from Amazon.

I was previously visiting barber, but used to spend money every time, now with iFade clipper, because I use it often, I am saving a lot more, also doing fading is a lot easier now & everything is very reliable with this clipper, I recommend it !
