No response for a shipping issue
Ordered an EVIL ENERGY EFI 255LPH Electric Intank Fuel Pump. The box was damaged and there was no pump, just the accessories. FedEx probably mishandled the box, they said to reach out to the sender so they can file a claim. Tried several times to contact Evil Energy, but got no response. No phone number, just email. Very frustrating.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I hate dealing with companies that hide their phone number in hopes that people with problems will just give up. Order showed up missing parts and we have a customers car sitting waiting. Sent 3 emails so far with NO response. I should've just ordered Earls Made In The USA rather than this CHINESE CRAP anyway.
Now after 4 emails, giving them all the info they wanted each time, they finally responded after this review. An American company would provide a phone number instead of this automated response to a review. Don't forget..."You get what you pay for," and this time I didn't even get that. From now on no short cuts BUY AMERICAN!!!!

Ordered a 20 gal fuel cell kit with 6an line and fittings. I was sent 10an fittings and 6an hose. Contacted them and said they were on holiday weekend and still haven’t received a reply back.

PTFE line
I am building a 1949 Chevy Truck and was looking for some fuel line. Dis some research and realized this company sells PTFE line that can be used in several applications. I purchased a kit and some extra hose and I am going to use it for fuel, transmission, and power steering applications. I have already built a fuel line to go from my mechanical fuel pump to the carburetor. It only took about ten minutes and looks great. They also offer a military discount which is great.

Excellent product
Very fast shipping. Quality product. Very easy to assemble with provided tool. Wasn't quite sure about this product as I had only seen them on Amazon and ebay but gave it a shot was very surprised. Fast shipping great price easy installation everything I needed in one kit. Makeing these fittings was a breeze compared to other brand wire braided rubber line an6 fittings in past. Very happy with value and quality of product would not hesitate to buy again. I ordered directly from Evil Energy site.

I have ordered several products to use on my Monte Carlo cl.
Had no issues until recently. With a back ordered product.
As I need 2 fuel filters for my blue pump. No where in there app did it say that 1 of the parts were out of stock. Wasn't made aware until after I got first filter.
I love the small buisness as I own one too. Unfortunately/fortunately, Amazon stocks there products too. Was able to order both and return the one. Wish it were different, that is a communication issue that I assume will be dealt with.
Will still buy these products because good stuff is hard to find.

If anyone is considering purchasing anything from this company I would highly recommend not too! I ordered a LS fuel pump conversion kit and they completely ripped me off and didn't even send all the parts listed. I received a fuel pump only that looks like it's been thrown around and kicked around. Totally beat up. Tried contacting the company with no response. Terrible company to deal with! And a complete rip off!

I had an issue with the fuel pressure regulator gauge
No fault of manufacturer but my own fault breaking the gauge
I contacted customer service about needing a new gauge and was advised the gauge was not sold separately, but they would send out a new fuel pressure regulator containing a gauge to keep my project moving
