I purchase a -6AN PTFE fuel line kit from this company. The price was good, but the product is sub standard and is most likely rejected junk. The outside diameter of the fuel line was under sized and the inside diameter of their fittings were over sized. I would never consider using this product on a fuel injection system operating at 45 psi. I asked for a refund and although they sent me a return authorization email, it has been over three weeks since they received their product back and I have not seen a return credit on my credit card. They have no published phone number to call and it appears that they ship all of their products from a warehouse in Georgia.

There is no one to ask a question to I have bought several hundred dollars of evil energy hoses and fittings and have been trying to run new transmission cooling lines to the fluid cooler, I need to hook up 6an lines to 5/16 tubing that is on the fluid cooler . It would sure be a lot of help if I could explain what I am doing to someone and get help.

Product was awesome. Just what I needed for my 65 Chevelle, product arrived faster than expected, definitely purchase more in the future.

Strongly recommend buying from these guys, customer service was excellent, they had a stocking issue with ptfe hose kits I ordered, they found a solution immediately instead and my fuel line is on the way! Prompt response through their support email! 5 ⭐️

Wheel spacers are great materials that I ordered and if you have any issues, they will definitely work with you to resolve. Definitely recommend anybody who’s need parts for vehicles and good customer service.

I had a newer oil cooler fail from a seam leaking, I reached out and explained how the part was an important piece and needed fast replacement. I was met with nothing but help! Had fast parts shipped and got the vehicle le fixed!

I REALLY like the products I bought. They feel real heavy and rugged in your hands! Its a good feeling.
The price point is tough to beat too!

Of the two packages I bought 1 was packaged very well, the other barely made it here BUT it was undamaged in spite of its poor packaging and plenty of abuse.

My package, unfortunately, was damaged by the carrier on not one, but two separate occasions. This resulted in lost accessories on back-to-back shipping attempts. Customer service went out of their way to resolve the issues and demonstrated persistence in ensuring that I would ultimately receive the totality of what was ordered. The third attempt was mercifully successful. I would recommend reinforcing the shipping containers to avoid separation of accessories from the main components when handled roughly. Minus the issues with shipping, the product (oil catch can) and service were exemplary! A++

I received my exhaust damaged. I got ahold of customer service and they quickly responded with my options. They ended up shipping new a new unit in no time. The little Honda Fit never sounded so good and I’m letting everyone know where I got it. Great work team Evil Energy.

Poor quality hoses are cracked and need replaced in less than a year installed.

Ordered a pump from them everything looked excellent and professionally packaged but I had a issue with my pump not working and found the pump to not be working and defective witch the company was really fast and polite and respectful throughout the whole process of warranting the pump for me really great company I’ll definitely be recommending evil energy to others

Ordered a complete fuel system kit for almost $300 and was only sent a fuel line kit which is only worth $92. I already contacted customer service because I had purchased insurance on the order as well. Hopefully, they can make this right; hassle free/ worry free like I was guaranteed when I placed the order. I wouldn’t mind changing my review if so, it just sucks that I have to go through this after already waiting a week for it to arrive.

Update: Almost immediately after leaving this review they reached out to me and sent me the correct package I ordered. They also sent me a T-shirt, hat, and keychain, as well as a $15 gift card for the inconvenience. I received the rest of parts a couple days later. I was upset in my initial review but they definitely made it up!

I have bought numerous items from EvilEnergy. Fuel lines multiple times, one way check values and most recently non maring -AN wrenches.
I had them still in the box sitting on my work bench for s good while as I knew I needed them in a few weeks. Time came opened the box to the 2 great looking wrenches. Put the non mar protectors on and went under the car. These wrenches were given a workout as it was a tight space to install the lines to the oil cooler.
The greatest part is that my -AN fittings were not scratched at all. This is the only time I have not had scratched or gouged fittings.
The next part of the review: I had a small issue with part of my order. Went to their website and contacted them. I recieved a response within a few hours and they went above and beyond to assist me

I just read some negative reviews on here and I'm kinda shocked. I've been slowly converting my fuel system and recently decided to pull the trigger and order the pump and filter kit with everything included. I accidentally ordered one wrong fitting and after explaining what I did they were absolutely accommodating and took care of my problem immediately... As it was my fault they still took care of me. I'm very happy with my products and to be honest using their AN fittings and fuel line is some of the easiest fuel line/fitting assembly I've ever experienced! Thank you Evil Energy for your great products and customer support!!
