Richard was so helpful, reassuring and obliging. I called IDust following an allergy appointment with my 12 year old daughter. She’d received a diagnosis of dust mite allergy and pollen sensitivity that day. I knew nothing about either. Determined to heal my daughter’s skin, provide her with undisturbed sleep and take away her self consciousness was my drive. Dealing with a child with skin problems is very distressing as a parent with feelings of guilt and helplessness.

Richard was fantastic. He educated me - there isn’t anything he doesn’t know about dust mites, shared personal stories and advised on the best products for my daughter. I felt heard, supported and reassured. We may have a solution.

We have been using these products now since Summer 2025 and we now see a difference.

Now our experience has required a multi pronged approach. The linen alone did not change us. We have also implemented a strict cream regime folllowing on from a dermatologists advice. Eliminating creams that itched and felt horrible and replaced with a different cream and decreasing steroids gradually and using until thickening had gone.

We are now sleeping better, the skin looks incredible and my daughter is happy.

There are also less tissues by the side of her bed in a morning.

I delayed writing this review because I wanted to see how we got on. Richard has created in us a hygiene routine that has definitely helped with my daughter’s skin but it needed the creams too.

I'd tried every remedy going for my dust mite allergy. This anti dust mite bedding is the only thing that worked. My skin calmed down in days and the night-time scratching stopped. On top of that I wake up feeling amazing and breathing so much clearer. Genuinely life-changing. I recommend to everyone with similar conditions.

There was an issue with the delivery, but the idustmite support team went out of their way to keep me updated and resolve this.

I bought the protector set with mattress pillow and duvet within the first night I found massive relief would recommend to anyone with breathing issues!

I bought dust mite duvet protectors and pillow protectors.
- The pillow protectors are good. I bought some protectors from another company and the zips broke.
- The duvet protectors look like they do the job in keeping dust mites out of duvets. There are a few problems though:
1- The duvet protectors are very smooth, and so our duvets bunch inside them. So we end up with a lump of duvet.
2-They are also quite difficult to dry as the air does not go through them easily. So they dont dry well in tumble dryer, and when we dried them inside the house then we had puddles of water.
If you get the duvet protectors with the companies duvets (one was provided for us), the bunching is not a problem-so you might need to go all in with the companies system to avoid bunching, which i think does the job, or be prepared for some limitiations.

Bought due to allergic rhinitis. Fit my King size mattress well even with my mattress topper and protector in place - have only had for on for a few nights but have noticed an immediate difference to my allergies, I'm sleeping much deeper and actually waking up feeling refreshed!

I'm motivated to leave this review because I had such a wonderful experience with iDustmite. I have been struggling so badly with allergic rhinitis and sinusitis, which I finally discovered is due to dust mite allergy. iDustMite are on a genuine mission to help dust mite allergy sufferers, and Richard procures the best quality products to help people live better lives. Such a lovely experience ordering from such a mission-driven company. Excellent vacuum, beautiful sheets. Fabulous service. Would recommend.

Quality product. Recommend.

I ordered the vacuum and two filters on special offer through a Facebook ad.
After a long wait I only received the two filters.
I emailed and queried the deliver but have had no response.
I paid through PayPal so have raised a query through them requesting a refund. Again, so far, I have had no response.
I am wondering if this company is a scam?
After reading this review the CEO contacted me and explained that I had actually only ordered two filters. He accepted that the ad wasn't clear and said that this would be changed. I received a full refund on my purchase.

Anti-allergy pillows.

This anti dust mite bedding is made of eucalyptus silk.. Amazing quality & it feels wonderful against the skin. My sons allergies have already lessened within a few nights.

If you or your child suffer from allergies look nowhere else but this small company which im sure will do very well..!!
It is a bit pricey but 100% worth the spend & you certainly get what you pay for.
My son & I keep up his routine - shower every night, clean pjs, wash bedding every 3-4 days ( I bought an extra bedding set) dehumidifier & anti dust mite vaccuum ..amazed at the results

I ordered the anti dust mite bedding set and overnight it made a huge difference. The mites are now trapped inside the protectors and has significantly improved my symptoms, previously I was waking up with swollen eyes every day but this has now stopped.

Our order hasn't arrived yet, and even after reaching out to you two times, we haven't received any updates or an estimated arrival time. I'm confident the product will be excellent once it gets here, but until then, I can't really share any thoughts on it.

Really happy with this pillow — super comfortable and supportive. Delivery was quick and everything arrived perfectly packed. Would order one more:)
