So this was the first time we had used ICT Reverse. They accommodated us at very short notice, after another provider quoted us and then changed the charges two days before pickup.

We were booked in with ICT on the same slot; they beat the price, and the chap who came and picked everything up was a real grafter, clearing a full van of kit in a few hours.

All the paperwork was sent to us promptly. Will definietly use again

ICT reverse are always prompt. Good documentation with a clear view of what has happened to all the equipment.

AVOID AVOID AVOID....send incorrectly advertised items and then charge you £4 to return......even though its their error......stated that they would offer full credit.....then blocked eBay feedback and took the money......so tell lies and then steal....pray the have the item description, otherwise you are paying....i have all the emails....trying to set eBay case.....but can not as they made part refund...can not complain........liars and thieves....AVOID AVOID...you have been warned

The company then provides highly detailed reports of all work undertaken, giving us great confidence that items are disposed of in an appropriate, safe and responsible manner.
