When I enquired about free collection of equipment this company, Stated yes we do, but could you please send photos of the items. The quantity of items was passed to them, photos, age and condition (kept within our temperature controlled office space). Revive replied stating what, brand are these workstations, what processor do they have, and other hardware within, which they would need to know, before offering a collection and if it would be free at all.
I then replied to the representative and asked what IT equipment would qualify for a free delivery, as each of the workstations I was recycling would sell at the barest minimum of £100. This company also claims they will buy equipment from you? I am not sure who this applies to unless its a stock clearance company?

Kris has always been very hands-on from the start with all the information we required, quick collections and providing a very thorough Certificate. It's now our go to recycling service, can't fault it.

Kris at Revive was helpful from our initial enquiry until completion of the documentation at the end of the process. Matt the driver arrived early on in the collection timeslot, which was great. Also very helpful.

I reached out to Revive IT after reading their claim that collections are “free for most customers.” I had 4 full PC workstation chassis and hard drives.

To my surprise, they refused the free service and instead quoted me £395 + VAT to remove the items. That’s nearly £100 per chassis, which is absurd for a company claiming to promote responsible IT disposal and reuse. This just encourages people to not recycle.

It’s clear their “free service” is only for people giving away resalable, high-spec equipment — the kind most people would sell themselves, not donate. They are cleverly disguised tech vultures, not a genuine recycling service.

I’d avoid Revive IT at all costs if you’re expecting honest service or transparent pricing. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic disguised as environmental good will.

My computer kit was collected and recycled/repurposed as specified. Full documentation provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. No issues. Very pleased.

Sad to see the decline, they used to be great and now sadly another recycling company to blacklist.

Ordered a laptop and was sent one caked in filth. Asked them to resolve and am told to do so at my own cost.

Will not use again nor will we recommend them to clients, if they can't be bothered to do this right, one has to wonder where else they're cutting corners, can't risk that with our data requirements
