Ofir answered all of my questions and was very patient with me when he made 3 changes to my order. Communication was awesome. My Viper turned out amazing. At no fault of their own, it took Bul Armory 5 months because of the Covid19. Will definitely do business with Iconic Arms again.

During these very hard times in finding a gun they tried extra hard in getting what I was looking for. I am a 1st time shooter and buyer mostly they were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get what I wanted since the time I had with the permit paperwork was limited due to my own fault. They offered me other purchase opportunity but were kind enough to give me a refund with no problem since I tried to purchase a firearm online with them. I worked with all their top people at the office for a purchase and their communication with me was great. When firearms are more available and I have more time with my paperwork I definitely would try to purchase from them again.
