Everything arrived as ordered and in a timely manner. However, I purchased the B08 upper with the lower and the AR-10 Magnum upper and found no instructions for assembly of the Magnum upper, only for the B08. Additionally I bought the Magnum storage case and found it to also not have instructions for positioning of the devices and attachments and found the cutouts to not provide enough room for anything extra to be included in, unless manipulated into an abnormal space or place. Additionally there is NO/ZERO room for the adjustable butt stock that came with the lower and no room to add a scope or anything else (flashlight, etc)

The qd limb block did not come with clear instructions and I couldn't get the thing properly clamped to the limb.

Difficult to get a hold of anyone. Tried multiple platforms and emails and nothing for weeks. Finally after getting in touch with the manager I was sent the replacement part. Overall satisfied with the service. The only improvement could be better customer service by actually responding to customers.

I casaled the last order 4 times and you still sent any way bad comments and your castimer server is not good if you can over look 4 massages thank you sinsely Michael Dinardi

price and availability of arrows and warheads are scarce and a little expensive but the product itself is top notch stuff. also, the bow strings always look a little mangled or lacking in the finishing, across a few different products.

Molasses slow to non-existent customer service! No reply to either email, contact form, or voice-mail. Orders processed without sufficient stock to fulfill them resulting in wait listing without notification. Proceed with caution and second though if considering an order.

Quick-change Limb Block I ordered was shipped quickly. Received in good order. I intend to use it to eventually modify a Bear X Desire XL crossbow to accept the block.

Steambow makes a quality product. I'll eventually purchase another bow, but I haven't decided which one yet.

This product is amazing and easy to assemble I ordered the AR- M10 and I am more than satisfied! Will be buying more products soon!

Your communication was really poor. I sent multiple messages on the website asking about the status of the order and was never contacted back. All I got was the automatic 10% whatever message in the email. I don’t know about the actual bow since I haven’t had a chance to try it and I hope it’s definitely better than my experience with the purchase.

I had to put in a ticket because it is unclear how I can attach the light that I purchased to my Steambow AR-10 crossbow.

Compact mod doesn't work with the M10. The rails are uneven and the hooks catch on the mag quick release. Terrible quality control and a complete waste of time and money. Disappointing to say the least...

My magazine was broken when I got my crossbow. Steambow took care of it quickly and without issues

Bow it's self is awesome. The person I happened to contact at the company was rude about returning it. Took almost two weeks to get an email back. At that time I had assumed I was screwed and already thrown out all the old packaging. Told him I was disabled and was returning it because it was harder for me to engage. Going to return with a smart-a email about me 'not liking it'. Bad apple in the company it seems. As I said the product itself is badass, awesome design. Works fantastic for what I wanted it for.
