I am going to advise any would be purchasers to avoid this company and associated companies at all cost. We purchased a bathroom suite and only the bath turned up. No legs to raise it from the floor. We emailed over a week ago and was told that they would arrive within 48hours, a week later nothing. I have spent a good hour on hold, only to be told some will call me back within 48hours which is ridiculous. I will be leaving negative feedback on eBay, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and make a formal complaint to trading standards.
What an awful experience

I've bought bathroom cupboards and paid for the installation almost £250.
The cupboards comes with 10 years warranty, but the cracks and scratches started to appear after 3 weeks.
The support guy was nice and sent me all new cupboard, but no one will pay for the new installation.
Avoid buying from that company, 10 years warranty is big cheat. Once you bought you can't say no after

Disappointed to get leak in pretty much brand new radiator. On the other hand once I got through to them it was a pleasant 2 min job for them to send replacement.

I ordered a p shaped bath from this company and was the best price by miles. I had 2 slight issues with the product. One was damage on delivery and the other occurred 6 months after use. On both occasions the issues were resolved immediately without quibble.

They were easy to contact and good to deal with as well as being the best on price.

Keep up the good work.

Bought a couple of kitchen taps from them a couple of years ago through Amazon. They all looked very nice in the picture and reasonable when I received them. After approximately 6 months of use the filler spout shot off whilst the bowl was filling sending a fountain of water all over the place. The tap is very poorly made with a tiny grub screw holding the spout in which loosens quickly with use..it's just awful!
explained the situation in detail to iBath and they asked for photographic evidence of the problem...What? photographic evidence of the design of the tap, photographic evidence of a drenched floor what? No more response after that strangely enough.
Typical low grade cr&ppy company selling tat and using the internet to hide behind.

Looks great on the outside but what's on the inside is not fit for purpose, the shower temperature and flow rate are totally random and changes constantly under use, they have replaced the unit 3 times all went the same way, they sent me a supposedly new type of shower that had an improved design, terrible job to fit through small opening with a hangover because the pipe connections are different centres, thing is performing exactly as before, they replaced this unit that's five new units by now and it is still the same and even screams and hammers sometimes it's absolutely useless, Ibathuk to there credit have been very quick to send a replacement unit each time with no quibble and have even given me a full refund but hey,I am still stuck with a useless shower that can go to scalding hot without warning, it is not safe for kids or elderly that's for sure, I have asked Ibathuk to let me speak to someone technical but there doesn't appear to be anyone with such knowledge, good service I have to say, but a totally unusable product that is dangerous, made in China says it all, they have reverse engineered the thing and got it totally wrong

Fitted a brand new shower today, starting leaking from inside the valve, contacted ibathuk, they said they will get me a part sent out for monday, today is thursday and called before dinner time. continued with install shower would not get hot, contacted ibathuk, said i need to calibrate the shower explained that when these are made people dont line the red marks up together because there doing it all day and get fed up of the job, NEVER had the before, (fitted many showers).Did this still no hot water, made sure it was balanced correctly and every other avenue i could think off, called ibathuk back, was told i would receive a call back before close of play, and never did receive that call.Tiler is coming to tile bathroom on saturday, and i have a complete dodgy shower, which i will be removing in the morning. I spent all afternoon trying to work out what was wrong with and now im going to remove it tomorrow and fit a new one. Bad product bad customer service, cost me a lot of money.

No quibble replacement of thermostatic shower mixer that I bought almost 5 years ago sent within 24hrs cannot speak more highly of them

having an awful experience. I purchased a shower which was faulty.. they were unable to send out a part to me even though it was under warranty. Its been a week now and still waiting. cold showers for the whole family. i offered to pay for a courier and for a manager to call me back both requests were denied. In total i phoned them about 11 times and spoke to different 8 people. They kept saying someone will call back but no one ever did. One of them even had the cheek to tell me i shouldnt have called a plumber it was my fault.
I needed buy more products from this company for my other properties but after this experiece NO WAY!
Avoid at all costs.. just pay £20 extra and buy from b&q at least you will have a piece of mind.

Do not use this company, you have only yourself to blame if you do.
ordered a vanity unit 18 days ago item never sent, numerous promises of a refund fobbed of from day one, have now reported them to ebay & trading standards, how they are still in business is beyond me. Buyer Beware !

There isn't a better example of the saying 'buy cheap, buy twice'. I bought a tap from them two years ago - parts have broken 3 times in 2 years. They sent me the wrong part 4 times despite me sending pictured. I was going mad by the end of it! It took 3 months to fix, the whole time I had no Kitchen Tap!
They have perhaps the worst customer service team I have ever encountered.

Ordered a radiator for delivery by the 02 Jan 2015, with written delivery confirmation sent, I was sent an invalid TNT tracking number, waited in all day Wednesday through Friday, nothing delivered, chased them, nothing was their fault, it then turned out the radiator hand even been dispatched so very much their fault! I offered to collect as I urgently needed to finish a plumbing job, this was not allowed by Ibathuk ! The then set a new delivery date despite being clearly told no one could be available until the following weekend. But guess what they then refused to deliver at a weekend, despite it being their fault they failed to deliver on their original confirmed date. Pathetic, no regard whatsoever to their customers.

just had my offset quadrant shower and tray fitted,it is of excellent quality,and looks good,delivery was within 5 days,with excellent communication,my man said once he worked out how it went fitting was easy,i have no complaints about the product,price or service I received.

Awful experience with this company and it's products
Among other issues, bought a back to wall toilet which was supplied with the wrong type of lid. Called customer services and they sent out exactly the same lid. Sent photos, numerous emails, numerous phone calls and the problem did not get resolved so after a week was forced to request a full refund. I would NOT recommend buying from this company.

Very poor quality shower. Has broken within 6 months and despite 2 emails ibathuk haven't even had the courtesy to acknowledge my emails.

I made the mistake of ordering from ibath, and the entire process from start to finish has been a nightmare. They erroneously dispatched a duplicate order which I was charged for, and despite me rejecting the delivery of the extra order, they have refused to process a full refund and are laying blame on the failings of their own couriers and returns process on me. Responses to my communications have been very delayed and to-date I have wasted many hours on the phone and writing emails. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

I for one can't understand what all the negative reviews are about?? I'm a neutral customer and felt it important to write an honest review which reflected my personal experience, my purchases have been through my eBay account ( this can be verified )

I was referred to this company through a friend who highly recommend them, I've been buying from this company for over 2 years and have bought multiple items over the years , 6 items in the last 2 years, my most recent purchase was in the last 2 months, I wouldn't of gone back and purchased further products if products or services were bad, I've found their products to be of good quality and always delivered on time , when I have had on occasion to contact the company, I have found their customer services to be extremely helpful and resolved issues or concerns reasonably :

In my opinion there's many sides to any story , I would definitely recommend this Company and their products so far: I've already referred them twice to family & friends .

I purchased a shower from them 3 years ago and it developed a problem. I called their customer services and even though I no longer had my receipt they were absolutely fantastic and sorted it straight away. A big thank you to Daniel Carter who looked after my problem from start to finish. I can not believe how friendly and helpful they are. Even Ian in collections was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much. I will return whenever I need to purchase anything else from you and recommend you to everyone!!!

Ordered a bath and had the address wrong. Left an email 5 minutes after the order with the corrected address & spoke to them first thing in the morning. They cannot (WILL NOT) make the adjustment to the address even though the order has just been placed and its to the same area. Rude on the phone and entirely unhelpful 'computer says no' mentality. Do not use them.

I purchased a bath, taps, shower tray and shower enclosure from iBathUK in July 2013. The shower tray and enclosure were shipped through an intermediatary called Luxury Nook.
When i came to installing the enclosure, there was a screw missing from one of the wheel mechanisms for keeping door on track. Luxury Nook had disappeared. iBathUK refused to send missing screw on grounds my warranty was with Luxury Nook. IBathUK manager was to call me but never did.

Would I recommend iBathUk ... NO! They hide behind Amazon. In the high street they would not be able to behave as they do.
