Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is terrible and their call handlers rude. They delivered my vanity unit at a different time than specified so I wasn’t in, then after much chasing informed me they couldn’t deliver the matching basin because it was damaged in transit and they can’t send a replacement because it is out of stock. I managed to get only a partial refund and am now stuck with a unit I can’t use or find the correct basin for. Beyond bad

Don't ever buy anything from them.
I got a shower tap with a 10 years warranty which is still covered and broken. ibathUK won't take responsibility for it. What's the point of a warranty then? Terrible commercial practices.

Very disappointed . Ordered a vanity mirror through Amazon . It arrived I. Pieces . The protective packaging was very poor and no FRAGILE stickers in the box. Cannot return due to state of it .

Purchased a Mirror Radiator...with a 10 year warranty ,!!!! The Mirror crashed off the Radiator !!! OK it might of been 5yrs later! But 😲 this could of smashed someone's head open! Tried calling iBath to replace the Radiator & Amazon. No one wanted to know ! I had to bear the costs of replacing the Radiator & plumber to put a new one up ! He looked at the old one Purchased from iBath ,& said that it looked like it had been glued on previously ! That should NEVER happen!!!!!

Update - 130423 they just failed to respond anymore. Sent wrong bath, and no panel or screen. Apparently now out of stock. Suggested I send back for full refund, I've declined and asked for partial refund to off set cost of missing items. They offered a 10% refund. Do not do business with them, not professional or honest

I agree with comments the heater valve has gone in the mixer shower water is stone cold. The shower head has rusted also. Beware of things bought from Amazon as they do not want to know and I am unable to contact IBATHUK avoid !!! The shower was purchased in July 2017 but was not fitted until December 2018 and there is a 10 year warante

Just scammers. Their customer service number doesn't work, and any warranty (including the 10 year one as per the product I purchased) is a sham. No replies to any queries and when contacting Amazon they just give incorrect ways of contacting Ibathuk, Disappointed Amazon allow marketplace sellers to scam customers, a growing issue that puts me off Amazon as once they've got their cut they're not interested.

AVOID AVOID like many on here i bought radiators back in 2018 with 10 year warranty! Load of bull. Now rusting and leaking. No word from ibathuk and im surprised Amazon deal with companies like this! I won't buy anything like this again from amazon learnt my lesson

Absolute fraudsters. Bought my shower through Amazon with a 10 year warrenty, 2 years later it’s broke. Amazon won’t help because it’s over 2 years and the details they give to contact the company are false. I cannot find any way to contact them but from reading these reviews it appears I never will. Amazon should vet their sellers better or refuse to add any extended warranty past 2 years if that is all they are willing to protect customers with. Terrible customer service, shame on them and shame on Amazon

This company ignores all emails and calls. All items are cheap and break with in a year. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I Purchased a vertical radiator via Amazon which had a 10 year warranty. It rusted just after 12 months. Ibathuk ignore your emails and don’t answer calls. Amazon has not been helpful. I would not buy anything like this from Amazon either because there is no guarantee that seller will disappear from Amazon marketplace.

Amazon have tried to contact them on my behalf numerous times unsuccessfully. Avoid ibathuk like the plague, guarantee and warranty are not worth a tat as ibathuk do not respond. When you look at the reviews, which I wish I had done prior to my purchase, you will see their after care is extremely poor and It’s time Amazon stopped selling their goods!

I presume this is the iBathUK company which trades on Amazon. The taps I bought had a 10 year guarantee, but when they became faulty after a few months, I sent a "contact seller" message on the Amazon website. Amazon replied saying that the email they had was obsolete so couldn't contact the company. I have ticked the box to send this review to IBath so if they are this same company, it would improve customer service to have an up-to-date email. However, I suspect they don't care. According to my research, this company also allegedly goes under the name of Luxury for Less. Less being the operative word!

Dreadful company and should be investigated for fraudulent activity. They do not honour their customer support commitments or product warranties. Please note that iBathuk (the Amazon outlet) have (apparently) nothing to do with iBath showrooms in Sheffield. I had this verified by one of their directors (found on Companies House).

Avoid Avoid - £220 on a radiator, less than 2 years later it has rusted and is leaking. Not fit for purpose. Can't be contacted, phone number doesn't work. Plumber says cheap metal. You get what you pay for I guess. Go to a reputable brand / local plumbing supplies. Lesson learned. AVOID

Brought a radiator from them on amazon with a 10 year guarantee its rusted badly ( not surface rust) will over time cause a leak at the top and have been trying to contact them via amazon and they are not responding the emails from myself or Amazon. The customer service number they have advertised in false and does not exist. Amazon should not allow them to trade on website due to false advertising expressly when they cant help to get your money back after 3 months.

It appears these guys are essentially fraudsters and I'm really surprise that Amazon, with their unparalleled customer service ethic have anything to do with them at all. They offer ten year warranties on products but will not answer warranty queries sent to them via Amazon. I believe that they may no longer exist as their address details on Amazon appears to be completely false.

Terrible company. Rusty radiator and no response despite repeated attempts to contact. Terrible quality and terrible service

Bought a toilet from them in Nov 2019. The silent close lid stopped working within a few weeks and we eventually decided to let them know. No response. A few weeks later we emailed them again (thro Amazon's link). No response again. I looked up their rating on Trustpilot and low and behold everyone says the same thing (well just 72%). Despite their 10-year guarantee, its all meaningless as they don't give a damn. Avoid these characters like the plague. I wont be buying from them ever again and I don't recommend anyone else does either.
