Well what can I say except wow!!! The worry of doing all the transactions for our house purchase were completely removed by Ben. We cheekily called him our hand holder, as this is what we felt we needed.
We found our dream home a lot faster than we anticipated, so we’re totally unprepared. Ben took the stress away from everything, even finding utility suppliers for us, something I was definitely panicking about. He was always at hand for us if we had any questions or concerns, which nowadays is actually a rare thing, because usually you just get automated answers from a machine.
I would very highly recommend Ben, and will definitely be using him again in the future.
