Delivery of my refurbished Dyson brush head was excellent. Shame I couldn't give excellent on the refurbishment. The brush roller was nearly as worn out as the one I was replacing. After speaking with customer service, a fully functioning replacement was sent. All happy.

Update: I finally got what I ordered and am happy with my purchase, although my order took so long to be delivered it was actually Evri who were to blame for that as I do state in original post that it was with courier for 5 days! I have upped my rating due to the customer service who have been helpful and apologised for the mistake with my order. So thank you very much guys.
O.P: Took 5 days from the moment the courier received my order to deliver even though it was packed as next day delivery! Order was nowhere near the model I bought and paid for so still not got what I ordered. Customer service was good and is the only reason I haven’t dropped to 1 * rating.

It never arrived and when I contacted them I was lied to as the item was out of stock and the member of staff gave me a copy and paste tracking number. Finally after chasing for days I was emailed the truth and offered a better cleaner. I accepted but when it finally arrived,
It was a bunch of bits chucked in a box. Not reconditioned but battered!
It works but all the dust goes around the filter and not in the dust tray and the anti wrap doesn't work at all.It's not acceptable.

I had a hoover it was a Henry hoover and it was broken. I thought I had to buy a new hoover but when I came across these amazing people. When I visited their shop their customer service was amazing 5/5 treated me to tea or coffee and at the end of the day my hoover is now fixed

The staff were friendly, not pushy at all, and actually knew their stuff. They helped me find the right one for my place and at such a great price. Big shout out to the two lads who was a great help!
