For god sake - save your sanity and avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is appalling, their after service is no existent, no one can provide me details on why I can’t receive a code to receive my free 3 months trial of Binge - apparently this offer doesn’t exist at the moment even though it’s advertised everywhere. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

I was overcharged for my subscription. I cancelled Binge before the cycle date but was still charged an extra month. This package service is a scam.

Poor company..signed up with 3 month binge for free…after contacting them 4 times to find out where my free offer is, to finally get a voucher number for 1 month, then told to reach out after that month to get the next two months…so I once again have to do the chasing up, to put the voucher number in and immediately get charged $18 for a free one month…absolutely poor service…I will cancel everything to do with them and kiss my $79 for the box goodbye…wish I had looked at all these reviews before I signed up…oh and the chat people have no idea!

Hubbl charged me for Kayo Sports that I never agreed to and then charged me for Kayo and Binge subscriptions after I had cancelled them via their own software 1 week prior to billing period. There is no number to call and only poor first level staff via chat function. I lodged a complaint directly with the Telecommunications ombudsman, as I am sure they are doing this to many, many people and it is a rort.

Dropouts are frequent and not too mention sound delay at least 20 secs on every program before we start hearing sound,l no some will think its our connection so just to test this l reconnected my old telstra tv box and hey presto had none of the beforehand problems,in short had l known all this beforehand l would have NEVER purchased hubbl

I have never written a product review in my life but this product is so horrifically bad that i felt compelled to write one. To anyone reading read this: run. Just run and don't look back. If you like constant network dropouts, loss of subscription access, stupid platform design, shoddy hardware (the remote works half of the time) and lack of customer service, then by all means waste $100. Otherwise, keep your sanity and your money.

Honestly don’t know what this service provides, kayo and binge are constantly lagging and freezing. Technical support is useless and take no accountability. Plus $$$ for no service. No amount of advertising can actually tell you what they do.
Hubbl is Scamming Consumers
Having a terrible time with Hubbl. They sent me documents saying I’d canceled my subscription to Binge but have now charged my credit card again. I thought I’d cancelled 4 months ago before this. Went through exchange with agents who reassured me by email I would not be charged again. Latest bill says I’m paying for Binge and Kayo. Have never subscribed to Kayo. What kind of scum is operating Hubbl? I’ll try to get my bank to put a block on them rorting my account! Can the ACCC help or is it powerless to do anything useful?

Poor experience with Hubbl; would not recommend. Web application was down and therefore had to cancel my subscription using the help (chat) service. Was told by the agent that my subscriptions were canceled... lo and behold was billed the following month for both subscriptions. Poor customer service and even worse user experience in their web application. Out of all the top streaming services Hubbl has hands down the worst "my account" design. They appear to intentionally make it overcomplicated to cancel your subscription.

I have been trying to opt out of this service but hubbl makes it near impossible to do so. I was dragged into this service just because I had a binge account and was automatically signed up to hubbl when it was first created. I'm so sick of being charged every month for something I'm not using and have been trying to cancel for months. The only people who give a quick response is the robot chat, which is next to useless as it just links you to the cancel page, while said page doesn't give you a see-able option to cancel. It's predatory, and a easy trap to fall into.

I tried Kayo for free trial. Somehow it changed to Hubbi. I cancelled before trial ended but still charged me for the next month. I watched NO programs as it was too hard to figure out. Theives.

Impossible to cancel, can’t login to change details. Customer support links on page are defunct. They’ve clearly paid to remove reviews from top search engine results. It’s not about the money it’s about the scam. I can afford your lousy membership but not the time it takes to read the multitude of reviews describing how useless you are. Losers.

this thing is a complete waste of money. harder to set up than Google home, then you get it and realise that the "stack and save" is only for their rubbish apps. Disney, Paramount, anything not owned by Rupert effing Murdock doesn't "stack and save".

Truly appalling service. Cancelled subscription due to poor programs and lots of adds and was then charged anyway. Second cancellation attempt was also unsuccessful. It literally won’t let me cancel and is taking my money. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this service!

For those who experienced the issue of thought that I cancelled my subscription but then been told it was not only after I realised another charge on my card.
We all submit charge back with the banks, after enough charge backs, Hubbl will get in trouble from their bank and lose the banking service. Then they will shut down and get in trouble with ACCC.
Good Idea but don’t bother
“Technical issues with this channel” buffers all the time. Spend more time on the blue screen of death than watching shows. Idea is good but don’t bother.
Should have realised when they offered it so cheaply.
