I love buying from Shein because of the ease of being able to return your goods to parcelpoint if they don't fit or are unsuitable. For this reason I have no hesitation in purchasing any goods. Parcelpoint also make it very easy to return goods to. Thank You very much Shein for using ParcelPoint & Thank You parcelpoint for making it so easy.

Malabar Newsagent was a seamless process, had an email receipt before I had made it back to the car. Would recommend any day.

7-days later and still package has not been delivered to the Iconic via Parcelpoint. Do yourself a favour and just go to a post office! Parcel arrives within a 1 day or 2

Took my parcel to Lawnton store today for return to a company. It was very quick and simple to arrange what a great service to have nearby. o

Disappointed if less then 1 star available would love to give never use again fraud

Parcel was delivered to Malvern Lotto Hubbed (I have photo proof from Aus Post) but despite this the hubbed centre didn’t want to know, said it’s not in our system so it’s not here. I keep getting emails saying parcel ready for collection but Malvern Lotto on Glenferrie Road says no parcel. I noted that in their shop parcels we’re just sitting on the floor al over the shop. One parcel was clearly labeled as a Passport! out in the open, not secure. Appalling service and absolutely no care or responsibility for parcels. I absolutely do not recommend using Malvern Lotto (hubbed) on Glenferrie Road Malvern 3144.

She tried teach me i need print out label for return. but have to know this is your job. I explan and suggested print out in that shop because i can send to email. but she love just teach ppl rather than listned someone. because she didn't know well how to print out. who need to learn ?!

Absolutely shocking service, the guy behind the counter was rude and was not at all helpful. I asked if he could help me tape my box up and he said I would have to buy a roll of tape. Not even a basic level of customer service. I then went next door to Australian Post and they tapped up the box and said they get a lot of customers coming in complaining about the service next door. I much prefer dealing with Australian Post, if I didn't have to use Parcel Point for returns, I would never both. Disgusting.

Great to deal with, very courteous and friendly. That there was no problem with returning the goods.

The service was easy to use, easy to print the label, etc. However, when I went to return the parcel they told me it would be left out on the shop floor, next to the registers in sight of everyone. They said there was nowhere secure to store it as they were getting too many parcels and they weren't responsible if it was stolen. I had to leave it as I was traveling to work and it was a Friday. This was really off-putting. Next time I will return my parcel with Aus Post.

Contacting Telstra by phone is a nightmare. There is no easy way to contact them. You get caught in a catch 22. When you do get on to someone they say they will send you an email and it doesn't happen. All we were trying to do was return my elderly mother's Foxtel set top box as she is now in Aged Care. We were treated like criminals.

My Parcel was picked on on Jan 9 to be returned to Myer locally and it still hasn't been delivered on Feb 10!!! No correzpondance. No way to escalate!!
