There could not be a worse courier service than hubbed. Paid for two return labels which didn't work when I went to the drop location. No phone number or customer chat to contact them on. Customer support is non existent.

It was quick and easy parcel drop off and the lady who served us was nice and friendly

Tracking information is non existent. Contacting these people is impossible. Go anywhere but Hubbed. I got more information from Universal Parcel Tracking.

The Chemist at VALUE CHEMIST EVERTON HILLS (receiving point for ParcelPoint) was very polite and most helpful. I overlooked signing the return label which had been sealed completely with sticky tape, he provided me with an indelible pen to sign with. Problem solved. Recommend this excellent drop off point for ParcelPoint.

Quick prompt service at collection point.

The two biggest issues with this service are 1. You never receive any tracking notifications 2. If you receive a pin notification you are lucky. Of the two main issues the total lack of tracking data along with not ever being informed that this service is being used in the first place, makes this a dodgy experience. When I order from now on I will be querying as to whether or not Hub is involved and if it is will probably not order from that company

Nice and easy. The ladies at the Newsagents/Lotto are amazing. It only took 2 minutes and I was on my way. Couldn't fault anything. Thanks ladies

I fdidnt appreciate having to travel over 1.5km to pick up a parcel whoch couod easily have been left at my door. I alsp didnt recieve any messages telling me my order was coming at that time. It made it very inconvenient. Alsoit was at a chemist. I am trying to stay away from chemists because I have a low immune system. In peak hour traffic. It was a horribke experience. Ive never had to travel this far before for a package. I PAID delivery. Why not just text me and say its coming? Or its on its way? You guys have a lot of room for improvment u less its an isolated case. But I know there is a lazy worker who has done this once before at au post. Maybe check if you guys have that guy working for you now. I get its for security but had my delivery been taken somewhere closer. I woupdnt be reviewing you negatively.

Tracking was never updated on their site. Contacted them and was just told its on its way to me. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so contacted them again only to be told the item has been sent back to the hubbed location it came from. Found out the location stopped doing hubbed 2 weeks ago. Now its stuck almost 2000 ks away from me with no way to get it back. Good work Hubbed.

Absolutely the most frustrating company. You can't contact ANY of the couriers they use and our parcel was floating all over the place. A very vital parcel, not just some every day order. Would never use Sendle or Couriers Please again!!!

My parcel has been sitting at the drop off point since May 17 (now June 25) and every time we enquire they say "We will follow this up with the courier but nothing happens. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Easy and great experience through our local parcel point. So glad i dont need to que up at post office.

Took 4 days and 3 calls to even get scanned into the system - 2 days later and it's still not even been collected from the store.

Super easy process to return items from my order. Printed label, stuck it on. Left with hub at nearby chemist. Confirmed details and done! Immediate confirmation of receipt by email. And totally free! Excellent. Thanks!
