It is important to know anyone having operations anytimt can be mixed up after coming from hospital and it is good to have someone to explain how to make a claim.
They remember there are real people at the end of an email that may need help to make a claim. Thank you my operation was on 20.07.2026 and i could not remember how to make a claim. I rang HSF and the explained what to do thank you for your kindness at the end of the phone.
