Purchased this item on June 24th, and currently it is July 25th. I contacted support on July 16th who responded quickly- explaining and supplying a screenshot stating it was stuck in customs on July 2nd with no new updates since. At this point I'm ready to call my bank and report this as a scam. I know it takes a while, but waiting over 4 weeks and it says that UPS *still* has not received the package? No, I will not be purchasing from this company again even if I miraculously get my glasses.

Never received parcel, sender should use a secure method to send items and Improve customer service. I was told the parcel was to be signed for however the courier confirmed this was not sent to be signed on delivery. My order went missing. The sender was unhelpful and lacked responsibility.

I informed the bank of the exact situation and i have all the evidence and reports. After weeks of waiting i was entitled to this because like i said you lacked responsibility and kept passing me on. No negotiation was offered as i was passed on to royal mail each time. This was not sudden please check your dates or if you like i can rejog your memory. Like i said the sender is more petty than helpful, perfect example is their response on here.

Glasses came slightly sooner than expected which is great! The only bad thing about the package was the rather unpleasant smell that came from the glasses case. Other than that I had/have no issues! I get a lot of compliments on them all the time and they compliment my face well.

Frame is designed well and didn't feel like it would fall apart easily

My order was not fulfilled properly. When I pushed back, I got sarcasm and no accountability from this company. Will never use them again.

To be honest, I didn't like that frame; although it's made of titanium, it's very delicate and doesn't support the prescription lens well.

The site is easy to use and navigate. The products are well priced and gorgeous. The quality of the glasses is amazing and I love the styles they offer. If they have questions on your order they(an actual person) will actually email you and get it sorted or verify if that is what you actually wanted or if it was a mistake. The service is great and products are amazing I reomend.

Really good service and some great choices. The model i wanted wasnt in stock but they upgraded me to my second choice which was more expensive at no extra cost. Product was packaged well and the generic lenses i ordered are top quality too.

They have amazing customer service, and an even better product. Their frames and lenses were a great price. Plus, hot take here, they seem like better quality than my Raybands which I'm replacing. Shipping took a long as they said it would. They even answered some of my questions during lunar new year.
