Backgammon set at reasonable price
The backgammon set was excellent value the only downside was there were no instructions, but these can be downloaded from the internet.

Expert knowledge and in-person support
I wanted to buy an electronic chess game for my grandson's birthday and was recommended to visit Hoyles by staff in Blackwells, which doesn't stock electronic games at all. I hadn't heard of Hoyles before but I will definitely return. I can't fault the advice and support I received and am delighted with the item I bought which I collected in person a couple of weeks later. Thank you Hoyles.
