I bought refurbished backgammon board so as to waste less and learn a new game. It arrived with only minor blemishes as advertised. There are some fantastic items on sale, I am sure that I will buy again.

Parcel came on time, product was exactly as I expected and was in excellent condition. As a plus they even used recycled packaging - which you don't see a lot from online stores so good on them.

The Post Office delivered my package from Hoyles to the wrong address but when I phoned Hoyles to tell them abou this, Emily was all over it in no time flat, seeing that the delivery place was not mine and sorting it immediately by ensuring my order was packed and sent by next post. There were also emails to ensure I knew what was going on. Great commnication. Oh, and the items were great, as well.

Reliable and quick, it was great to be able to get a board game from a local business. I needed a birthday gift and was able to click and collect the same day, super helpful and it looked like they have a good range of games.
