great website, found exactly what I wanted fast and plenty of information and customer reviews. The products are amazing. Relaxing, luxurious and a great quality and feel. Highly recommend!
They gave me a complimentary free 250 ml bottle of the silicon lube for free bundled with my order when I only bought the 100 ml mainline bottle of water based cbd lube to try it out… I wasn’t expecti... Mehr ansehen

It Was gréât!
Howl expérience Was gréât i like their Products and support Team Was gréât with me the only problem Was from our national delivery service "La poste" with Collisimo. In France. This service is awfull their never ring to your place, Don't put thé package in your letter box and they get thème Key in order to do but in fact they don't take thé package with them and directly return it to pickUp relay this Time They ask me 14€ tax ! Useally it's 19,6%tax but here with this package they ask 60% tax
Collisimo by La poste is the Worst ! Prefer UPS in anycase

Antwort von HOWL Worldwide
Hi Pierre-Marie
We are so sorry to hear this! That definitely should not be the case and has not happened before. It sounds as though customs, in your country, incorrectly charged you. It is therefore something you would need to take up with them.
We would however like to help if we can so please contact hello@howlworldwide.com and lets see if there is anything we can do to assist you!
Very fast dispatch and delivery

Attention to detail & great product
I am so surprised by the genuine care and attention that seems to go into Howl. My order came with the product (CBD Silicone Lube), wrapped in tissue paper and beautiful packaging. It also came with some stickers, a postcard, and a zine - it genuinely looked like I'd ordered something off Etsy 😂 the product itself is really nice on the skin and not too greasy. The only thing is I paid for express delivery and it still took a while to come, and I would have liked more tracking, but other than that I am so happy!

A swift correction
I had placed an order and two of the items were missing from the package. However when I emailed HOWL to let them know they emailed back straight away and had a the two missing items sent to me plus an extra as an apology. Great customer service and the lube is fab!

Incredible product and absolutely…
Incredible product and absolutely beautiful packaging !
Really love all the thought that has obviously gone into creating this.
The lube itself never got sticky and just felt so much better than others I have tried.
