Normally a great experience from a very valuable project. This time I had an item missing from my package, have emailed two different address for a response and received no reply. A clear line of communication with customer services and receipt of my missing item would be much appreciated.

I love the company and the product
I love the company and the product! I have just tried their water-based lube, which is much nicer than the stuff I used before. With that extra bit of care in packaging and presentation, it's just perfect!

Customs charges on your worldwide delivery
HOWL claim worldwide delivery but you did not warn me that I would be charged customs duty on my order.
BREXIT is obviously causing problems when exporting to Europe. When I complained about the extra charge HOWL were surprised and supported me. Great understanding service from HOWL

Hi Sam
Thank you for you time in giving this review.
We are so sorry to hear this. For some reason this has suddenly started happening - only with orders shipped to France. We are trying to get to the bottom of it (no pun intended). In the meantime, we will be in touch with you to see how we can remedy this!
Love,
HOWL Team
