Spoke to Yaz today regarding the disrepairs I’m unfairly dealing with. I’ve had a lot of problems with damp,mould,leaks and few other minor disrepairs that should not of been left unresolved.
She was extremely kind, helpful and patient with me and it was honestly a pleasure dealing with Yaz regarding these disrepairs and just in generally if I’m being honest which I found refreshingly pleasant. I would recommend national claims if your landlord or housing provider isn’t sticking to the laws that are clear and fully understandable regarding renting out your property.
