Poor shipping, late and poorly packaged
I ordered shoes, paid $30 for shipping to arrive within days when it actually took almost two weeks. The box shipped in a bag so that box was crushed. First time ordering, makes me question the quality of this site.

Great buying experience
Ngl never heard of the site (I’m a soccer player) but they had some good deals on adidas predator boots that were sold out on all other sites. Bought them without issue and the cleats are legit. I’ll continue to check this site when looking for my cleats when they have deals.

Still no delivery
Update to my ongoing issues with House of Rugby.
I contacted the email address provided in my first review and, despite assurances that they will rectify my issues and provide assistance, I have yet to receive the delivery. Multiple emails to Spacefoot and House of Rugby have resulted in no progress. Efforts to update my contact details on the House of Rugby website have failed due to a UX issue when inserting a new password. No live tracking info from the courier. I have even offered to collect the package from the courier company, to no avail. I am shocked that in 2024 this kind of thing can happen and I am desperate - my son needs the rugby boots and I have no idea IF or WHEN he will ever get them.
