Terrible service, slow delivery because they went on holiday but didn't close down orders.
When asked for refund (before they had started making order!) was told it was stated on website they were running an open box.
1. When checking this on website, it was so incredibly small that explains why I easily missed it
2. What even is open box?? Google it, it's not what Google thinks it is even

I was informed I would get absolutely no refund as it was in their opinion clearly stated on their website, plus I was informed that it was clearly in the Facebook group, which I do not visit hardly at all if ever!
They refused to refund even though they had not started to even process my order, the result is I received product late, and is not useless as was time dependent.

Extremely rude company, sharing their whole life on the Facebook group (yes I've since been and looked at it) and from what I've seen over there, it seems to be a bit of a witch hunt group attacking another small company

Very very rude and unprofessional staff, will never use them again, think the woman I dealt with got out of bed on the wrong side. She needs a personality transplant. Avoid this company like the plague. RUDE STAFF

The company is run by a girl called Millie who is one of the most childish, immature and unprofessional people I've seen in business. She has a very personal and emotional outpouring on her Facebook page (35k followers – most of whom aren't active) where she tries to convince everyone that she and her family practically invented DTF and all these products and processes that have been in the market for a while (SORRY MILLIE). Her whole family works in it and they are also unprofessional, with a very weird dynamic between them all.

In terms of the actual products, many of them are AI generated en masse, which is how she manages to churn out insane quantities of designs in a short time whilst pretending to actually make it all herself. I am sure she designs some stuff, but when every post she does is about them working 903 hours in a day, every day being the BIGGEST ever, and every second being both emotional and ground-breaking, it's just exhausting having to listen to their guff.

Quality of DTF is average to sub-par – maybe they should invest in better printers.

Find a more professional company that isn't so emotional about everything and focuses on business, not playground vendettas. And don’t even get me started with her whole “It’s poor me against the world” attitude that seeps through everything she does. They won’t respond, but if they do, it’ll probably be something whiny or that absolves her and her family of everything. Don’t be fooled.

I will never ever cheat on my og supplier just for quicker turnaround. Guys go to sparkle craft. The quality of the dtf is so noticeably better. I could instantly tell quality was bad and when I heat pressed the dtf it struggle to adhere. NEVER EVER AGAIN. From rude, childish staff with refund policies against consumer rights law and cry like children because I threatened charge back.

Never buy from them again. Will definitely change my supplier.

Have purchased a digital download from their website and all I can say was total disappointment, selling AI generated images at such high price, lesson learned won’t be purchasing again,

Oh dear where to start. So I'll just say it as it is, this company is truly unprofessional in workmanship and I would say keep your money in your pocket the dtf,s are very poor. My order was late and came with same design but various sizes so couldn't put on pj's to display to customers as they would of stuck out like a sore c##k. The age dtf,s they sent had missing bits so couldn't use either. Sent them proof but didn't make a difference to Millie the Director who sent an email telling me NO refunds I should of read the small print. But come on these were absolutely useless to me and they could see from the pictures I couldn't use them. Please avoid the company and trust me you'll save some money.

This business has literally changed my business and I wouldn't be where I am today without house of blanks, they are so unbelievably thoughtful. They're consistently running promotions throughout their Facebook group with shipping and offers whenever they can and you can see how much they care about their customers, I don't think Millie realises how loved she is by us all and the full team go above and beyond constantly. Les and Julie are millie's mum and dad, Jake is Millies fiace, Joe is her brother and Brooke Rachel and Jordan are customers that she has employed so they know all about the industry. they also have an in house designer called grace and she works with millie designing. I know all of this because millie shares all of the insides of house of blanks and every customer feels part of their crazy little team. Their dispatch timescales are second to none with most of my orders arriving less than 24 hours after they've been placed. they have transformed the industry for the better and it's a breath of fresh air to be a part of their group. it's disheartening that so many suppliers copy them but hey it's because they're just that good. I literally cannot rave about house of blanks enough and id recommend absolutely everyone to try them. thank you hob team you're incredible x

A top notch company with the most fantastic quality products at the best prices! The turnaround times from ordering to packing to dispatch and delivery are unbelievable. I would highly recommend. New products are very regularly introduced and I just love them all!
