Visited the cardiff branch this weekend…
Visited the cardiff branch this weekend and the salesmans name was Dave and must praise him. From moment we walked in his store we were approached by a very polite and knowledgeable man. He asked us what we were looking for and gave us plenty of choice but also explained how they worked. They give free delivery and assemble it and explain everything. Dave said anyway we need to no he will help us the best he can. We couldn't ask for a better person who helped us from the moment we walked in the shop. So we were happy to purchase a hot tub and would highly recommend dave of hot tubs wales to anyone thinking of buying one.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Shahriar took his time and gave the hot tub a well overdue service. He then patiently went through how I should be treating and looking after the hot tub. Definitely would recommend and I have also taken a plan out so it’s not such a pay out next time. Great job and lovely gentleman.

Excellent customer service
We recently purchased a hot tub from the Cardiff branch and cannot praise David’s customer service enough. He was welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He was responsive to all our enquiries during the buying process and ensured we chose the perfect tub. Thank you!
