Really helpful and polite. Great Service.

I had my annual hot tub service recently and everything was spot on. The representative was on time and was very knowledgeable about the tub. My tub is a Wellis but I was happy to hear that my service arrangement would be unaffected. There was also an issue with the tub which I flagged before the visit which was resolved and the part changed during the service.

Excellent service from the team again as usual. Winterised my tub so it’s secure until the summer. Amazing team as always.

Never normally leave reviews but wanted to again thank Nell for her assistance with helping me find the product I needed. She was clear, concise and such a warm person. The product also worked great after I’d tried about 3 different products from Amazon and non worked. I hope Nell’s work and contributions to the company are not going unnoticed!

Shahriar came out to service my hot tub and am extremely happy with the work carried out. Communication was 10/10 from booking service and then courtesy message few days before to check all ok my end and if I had any questions and then message on the day of expected ETA. Shahriar was very professional and this showed in his work. Everything was cleared away afterwards and he also explained some things I had queries about and didn't hesitate to offer his help if I had any problems 10/10 for Sharhriar !!

It was only when I rang Hot tub stores that a spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Nell, who as promised to rang me back and with a fellow member of staff gave me the information that I needed.

First class service

Our annual hot tub service was carried out very efficiently by Shahriar and Jacob today. They did a thorough job and left our 5 year old tub looking brand new. They were both very polite and helpful, Shahriar gave some very good advice about looking after our hot tub and keeping it in good condition. Would definitely recommend.

I came to Hot tub stores a few weeks ago in Newbury to buy some chemicals. There was a lovely girl called Nell who was very helpful and recommended which ones are best for me. Great experience overall. Thankyou Nell.

Excellent service from Nell in providing information about swim spas and facilitating a swim test for us. She has a very friendly and professional manner.
