We absolutely loved the 1st night we have spent on the pillows we ordered from you. Best nights sleep we have had in several months. Appreciated that you ordered an upgrade when you were unable to supply the original size ordered. The only complaint I had was we didn't know approximately when our order would arrive and we were definitely anxious to receive them. Luckily my spouse happen to noticed a UPS truck in front of our house and realized they must have made a delivery. Were thrilled to open our package. Thank you so very much, we have no difficulty in recommended your company to all our friends and family.

Thank you for the positive review, Sometimes are shipping confirmation from Downlite go straight to our spam box and so we don't always get timely information. We have told google on our end that we need these emails but they are not responding. I will let Downlite know so they are aware of our issue and see if they can fix it so that we can better communicate with you!

Quick delivery as order was placed on April 12th and delivered on April 16th. Quality seems to be excellent. I ordered these pillows for my son as we frequent the casinos. He loved these pillows and that is why I ordered.

The shipping time was longer than I expected but the communication from Judd regarding it was as amazing. The pillows I ordered were amazing and exactly what I wanted/needed. I will purchase from them again just because of the communication I received from Judd.

Sharon were glad you enjoyed the wholesale pricing on our pillows. The cost ship each pillow was around 6 dollars. This may seem to be a lot, but pillows are soft and fluffy items.
