HAPPY WITH MY FIRST PURCHASE SO....

I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. I DID NOT HESITATE TO RETURN TO THEM WHEN WE PURCHASED A SMALLER BED AND NEEDED A NEW BEDSPREAD. I WAS OFFERED A 5% DISCOUNT ON MY PURCHASE BUT IT DID NOT GO THROUGH BECAUSE I NEEDED TO SPEND ANOTHER $55.00 THE PROMO CODE DID NOT STATE THIS. OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A FULL 5 STARS :(!

Up dates would be nice

The towels are great but the shipping is very very slow. I would like to get an update once in a while, knowing that shipping is a problem now, so I can keep my customers up to date.

Hi Diane, I appreciate your feedback. Due to the Global Supply Chain Crisis, we spend a few hours communicating backlogs and finding replacement items every day. After a while, it runs up our costs, and it simply gets demoralizing when were told something will ship, and then it does not, and then you have to contact all your customers again and again. One of the issues we face with your orders is that franchise hotels do not use colored towels. With the recent surge in hotel bookings, manufactures are maxing out their facilities to accommodate these large franchise & retail purchasers.
Meanwhile, niche companies like you and myself who do not stock inventory compete with these economies of scale. Furthermore: I can't stock the Inventory because, as you said, the brand is good the shipping is awful. I've reached out to get Inventory so I can make you happy. Right now, manufactures are so backed up on orders that there not even considering my private label purchase order.

I’m sorry you did not like my review but you asked for my honest opinion good or bad and that is what I gave

Order took over two months to receive and was replaced with an alternative item than the one I originally ordered I also had to keep calling to try to get any answers as to when I would be receiving my product

Hi Jeffery, Thank you for your review; we appreciate your feedback and experience. but we love 5-star reviews more as they are our reward for working hard! They're tuff to get these days, but we keep trying! Furthermore, We understand your frustration as we, too, are super frustrated. We hope you enjoy the upgraded Pacific Coast Feather Touch of Down® Pillow King Size. No thanks needed. When we called You and told You of the issue, we were trying to fix the problem. Unfortunately, you are still really unhappy with the service. We hope you have a better experience in the future with a retail outlet (Hotels4Humanity is made for bulk b2b purchases). Much of the issues we face in operations today have to do with sea-port congestion.
Additionally, our U.S. transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg has other more important matters to handle. In addition, we have turned off the DOWNLITE and focuses are marketing on Pacific Coast Pillows for a more reliable experience at this time. .

I hope the attached link gives you some content about what is happening. With that, a 1-star review is petty I hope you too can see that, especially when we did everything to fix the issue. We're a small business; this is our livelihood, and 5-star reviews help feed our families. Customer service

For the last order, made on August 2th, they said 2-3 weeks, then other date, then this last September 25th, we don't have tracking number, no one answer the phone, no one answer whatsapps or telegram, no even mails. Good quality on products for the first order, not the same for customer service on other orders.

Not Great

I ordered several of two different pillows. I got an email saying they were out of stock and offered a different size. I said I couldn't use that size. They cancelled my order. I looked the same day and it never said "out of stock". Bait and Switch? Maybe. Either way, I wasn't happy.

Pacific Coast Pillows & Restful Night Pillow are much more reliable than the manufacturer you purchased your pillow from. Furthermore, Pre Covid items were almost always in stock. Since the country has opened back up, it's been tough getting anything promptly. We are very sorry for this, and we're not alone in it too! Right now, there is a vast line of cargo ships sitting off the coast of California for days on end, waiting to dock. Once the ships dock and unload their containers, we struggle to find a truck driver to deliver the goods to the warehouse.
On top of that, everyone is understaffed as much of the workforce is collecting unemployment at home. Currently, small businesses are struggling to provide value to their customers in the face of product and commodity shortages, inflation, and a lack of workforce. We hope you find your pillows again. Restful Night has a great selection. We ask all our customers to think of what supplies they need six months in the future because the global supply chain crisis may last until 2022.

HORRIBLE , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBIST

I double that is scan website, the customer service is so bad , believe me , once you place order, DO NOT EXPECT it will come to you!!!!! I placed two orders, the first order, they send me a message on week later after I replaced an order, they said they put a wrong price, excuse me???? after placing a order more than one week, you did not shipping it ,but tell me that you put a wrong price ,and then they just directly canceled my order, so I was waiting for one week for nothing!!!, then I place an another order with their correct price, BUT , again, I wait another one more week, they still did not ship my order !!!! horrible , nightmare, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
