Very organised service .

Excellent service. Newly received Studio Underd0g dropped and crystal shattered, referred to Horologium, get connected through theirs global network to a local service center within couple of hours in Dubai where I live, crystal replaced and the watch full function again within 2 days and the watch delivered to my place. I could not dream in my life for such a watch service. I was suspicious at beginning about this type of global network service, maybe I am from a generation used to deliver a watch to a physical shop if needs repair or service. But as a watch collector in many years now, I could not get less than 1 month for any minimal watch service or even a pen service when delivered to a physical shop as each item has to be sent to the manufacturer workshop which takes weeks with waiting time to get the job done. Now, I have to change my mind, this type of global networks where the local centre has all the spare parts and the connection within hours are something super efficient and super excellent arranged. Thank you Horologium for your amazing service.

Exceptional customer service experienced from start to finish. I bought a watch from one of the brands Horologium work with. I changed my mind on the watch style so asked for an exchange. This was no trouble at all to process. They said that their offices were closing for Christmas, but as I lived close by they would staff the premises and allow me to make the exchange in person (something which they do not usually offer). All so that I could have my watch in time for Christmas. Amazing and so thoughtful. They didn’t have to do this at all as I was none the wiser where their premises were located. This just shows the care they take in their customers snd the pride in their work and brand. I’ll be sure to use Horologium again in the future.

My husband bought a beautiful watch a few years ago. When I dropped something on it (by accident!) it needed repairing. The customer service was fantastic. The staff were delightful, efficient and so easy to deal with. The watch was repaired free of charge and it was sent back to me. So easy.
A company like this probably doesn’t need to be this kind to its customers because its products are so sought-after, but I’m so impressed it took the time to look after us so well

First class service from start to finish. A courier arranged by Horologium picked my watch up, at the arranged time. Throughout I was kept fully updated. The watch repair was very quick & Horologium sent my watch back fully working again providing me all the relevant details & ensuring it was very well packaged. Can't fault them, exceptional service.

I had a great experience with Horologium and would recommend them to others. I sent in my watch for a minor repair. The whole experience was very smooth and hassle-free. They sent a courier to pick up the watch from home, and quickly provided an assessment and cost of the repair. They kept me informed throughout the process, and I received my watch back in two weeks' time. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

Ordered a Studio Underd0g watch to USA.
They had purposefully increased the crown gap for easier time setting but I could not get used to it. Studio Underd0g arranged for service in the US to adjust the watch crown . Easy shipping had the adjusted watch back in my hands in a few days. Great and satisfying customer service experience!

I sent my Alsta Nautoscaph Superautomatic to you for repairs after I jumped into the ocean with the crown not fully seated. My fault entirely! After a quoted repair price, I was sent a shipping label and my watch was shipped, received and assessed. I was then informed that my watch had existing warranty issues and the repairs would be at no charge to me! Absolutely incredible news and service.

Absolutely fantastic, personal and professional customer service! My watch unfortunately didn't work upon arrival. I reached out on their website to let them know the issue. I was immediately contacted by Alvin, and was asked to return the watch for servicing via priority mail, which they covered the cost of. I was kept up to speed, the whole time my watch was gone. Unlike a regular service where you can expect to not see your watch for months, mine was returned within a couple of weeks, again by priority mail. Five Stars!

Excellent service from the team at Horologium, exceeding all expectations. Collection & delivery of my watch was all taken care of for a very modest price, with insurance included. I was kept informed at all stages of the work, with no work undertaken without my approval and full transparency on the cost, which was half of what I had been quoted elsewhere! My 20 yr old Omega Seamaster is now back on my wrist, looking and working as good as new! Very nice touch that it was returned to me with a free watch case and cleaning cloth thrown in, which was a very nice surprise. Other companies could learn a thing or two from Horologium’s view on value for money and customer service!

I have a 40 year old Bucherer Chronograph Automatic which was in need of repair. Horologium serviced it and replaced several parts and it's now working as it should. Have been disappointed in the past with various attempts by 'leading' Swiss watch specialists to repair this watch but not so Horologium. Very reasonable costs and timeframe considering and great customer service. Long may they continue to do so.
