I bought a stunning new watch from a micro brand Beaucroft. I was really pleased with the watch when it arrived but after after a few days could tell that it was running fast. Following a check on my timegrapher I contacted Beaucroft who put me in touch with Horologium.
Horologium were really great, they quickly got in contact to arrange a postal pickup, let me know that they had received the watch and said how long it would take to check it out, about 2 weeks.
After about a week they contacted me again to say that they had found the issue, a magnetised balance spring, they had already sorted the watch ready for return. The watch was returned running smoothly in perfect condition.
Thank to Alvin for the great communication, thank you to both Beaucroft and Horologium for dealing with the issue so quickly without fuss. Its this kind experience that builds confidence with the british micro brand watch industry.

Really good service received. I was having issues winding my watch so I sent it in under warranty. They sent a prepaid envelope, kept me updated over emails and sent me back my watch securely and safely. They also sent follow up emails to make sure all was well after a few weeks.
Overall I have to say a really good experience and I would definitely recommend using them.

I have a Botta watch, bought direct from Germany. Botta, according to their website, recommend Horologium for battery replacement in the UK. I want to make sure that my watch is looked after properly so I approached Horologium and enquired as to what I should do. They were excellent and explained to me that the cost of sending the watch to them was much more than the cost of battery replacement and also said that they couldn't say that a decent jeweller more locally couldn't do the job just as well. I really valued their honesty as they could have tried to take advantage of my concern for my watch. Instead, they acted in my best interests with the advice they gave. Thank you!

He have contacted Studio Underd0g who managed to give him your contact to fix quickly the situation.
