Thank you very much for the prompt, professional, and impartial advice. The response to my initial enquiry about whether it would be worthwhile to refurbish an old watch was well explained and supported by research. In the end the conclusion was not to proceed so Horologium did not themselves benefit from the advice they gave me. I very much appreciate the time and free advice given.

I had to repair my favorite watch and they were on point from the beginning to the end. I have a pink lemonade from Studio underdog and I dropped it on the floor accidentally. I had to replace the sapphire glass and inner sapphire dial. Tamie from the repair service department helped me navigate through the whole process and I only had to pay labor fee for the repair. The studio underdog provided the components for free in order to fix my watch. I was very grateful for their kind gesture. James, a technician from Horologium, fixed my watch well and I am very very happy with the repair. The delivery was very quick as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with their customer service. They take care of you as one of their own.

What a fantastic experience I’ve just had with this company.
I sent in my Alsta Nautoscaph dive watch for repair after I messed it up trying to regulate it.
After searching the internet trying to find a company that would repair it, these guys were the only ones that would entertain it.
Well what can I say apart from the fact they have done an outstanding job Indeed.
They repaired my watch alright, and it came back to me like new.
It was a very positive experience from start to finish and I was kept informed right throughout the whole process.
Also worth mentioning is they will not go ahead and repair your without your permission after diagnosis which is fantastic.
Amazing friendly customer service is also a bonus, so look no further if you need your beloved watch repaired or serviced as I can honestly say that these guys truly are professionals.

I was referred to Horologium by Vertex when my watch stopped working fully. Claire at Horologium replied to my initial enquiry immediately, provided instructions for securely sending the watch to them and acknowledged safe receipt as soon as it was received with a warning that they were very busy and that there could be a delay in assessing what was required and repairing. There was no delay, the repaired watch was back with me in a little over a week. Claire kept me informed and checked that I was happy with the repair. I wouldn't hesitate in using Horologium again or in recommending them.

First, I wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I appreciate your constant communication regarding the service. Also, I wanted to say thank you so much for fixing the Vertex watch. You have done a superb job and truly, it is like new.

You may know or not, but I complained to Ms. Sharkey that I had been duped. I bought the watch in "like new" condition to discover later that the bezel was not in like new condition and that the seller had vanished. Ms. Sharkey reassured me that: the service would be complete; I would soon have the watch back; and I'd be able to enjoy it. I must admit it, I was somewhat doubtful. And I was absolutely wrong.

I was initially referred to Horologium (under warranty) when I encountered a problem with my William Wood Fire Exit watch. This was repaired and returned promptly, and without any hassle, in a couple of weeks under the free warranty service (even over the Christmas period !).

Being impressed by their service, I reached out to see if they could service, and possibly repair, my 20 year old Ebel 1911 Chronograph, which had stopped. Having previously contacted a number of service and repair centres I was not confident that it could be repaired (or if it could, it would run in to £'000's) !!

Horologium were upfront that they could not confirm whether possible until they had carried out a full inspection - but would ensure I incurred no costs until we had agreed a course of action.

Over the next few weeks they: carried out a full inspection of the Zenith El Primero automatic movement; provided a detailed repair estimate; presented any cost decisions up front before work started; sourced difficult to find replacement parts from Switzerland; repaired, serviced and fully tested the watch ! Communication throughout what was ultimately 3 months was excellent - keeping me informed of progress, and even when no progress was being made in sourcing the parts !

Eventual costs were significantly lower than I had previously been quoted form other service and repair centres (even when no commitment to fix !).

First class customer service, true professionalism and complex technical expertise / craftsmanship are difficult to find these days - Horolgium exemplify all these traits in abundance. From my experience I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I feel I have found a trusted partner if I ever encounter any other "difficulties" with my treasured watch collection !

I was referred to Horolgium by Studio Underdog as I had an issue with the power reserve on the watch. Fortunately they have a telephone number rather than a messaging service which is frustrating and takes time going backwards and forwards trying to explain a problem . Alvin answered the phone and he was able to understand my problem and gave me advice on what I should do rather than follow the instruction's provided with the watch. Problem was solved quickly . Very helpful and professional, i would certainly recommend them!
